This home is on the Gulf side of Estero Blvd., only one house back from the beach with deeded beach access. The home is located in a part of Fort Myers Beach that is quiet but close to downtown. It has a lanai on the first level that is great for eating and enjoying sunrises and sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico. It has a more private lanai off the master bedroom with breathtaking Gulf views. This home is beautifully furnished, and has cable, televisions and DVD players in the living room and master, high speed internet and stereo on the main level and master. The home has full kitchen appliances, and a clothes washer and dryer. Maid service is available upon request at a modest additional charge.

On the beautiful Gulf Coast of Southwest Florida, the weather and the water are always warm. Miles of beach for walking and swimming. Watersports abound nearby, including sailing, fishing, parasailing, and jet skiing, while the beach in front of the home is quiet and peaceful. We have seen dolphins and various kinds of fish just yards from the shore on front of the home. Naples is a short drive, with wonderful shopping and local museums.
