We offer a ground floor, beachfront, 2bd/2bth, beautifully decorated condo for you to enjoy. We have a huge patio with a panoramic view the Costa Azul beach and the sand is 5 steps from the patio. Enjoy the most beautiful sunrises while sipping your morning coffee. We have a full kitchen, TV/DVD player, stereo, and brand new air conditioners. Ocean views from almost every angle in the condo. Take in the gorgeous views of the ocean from the master bedroom, as you prepare your meals, or as you relax in the living room. The La Jolla complex is a beautiful, tropically landscaped complex, with 2 pools and 24 security. Free Wi-Fi in condo and by the pool. World famous Zipper's surf spot is a 10 min walk from our patio. You can walk to great restaurants and downtown San Jose is 5 minutes by car. You will find shopping and markets within a very short distance. We are 20 minutes from the airport and 25 minutes from downtown Cabo San Lucas. We invite you to our 'slice of paradise!

San Jose is a quaint town, with a downtown area that boasts many restaurants, where you can choose from a fine dining experience to more casual fare. You can stroll the streets and shop the many varied shops and explore the art district. If you love the water, Costa Azul beach is a spectacular stretch of white sand beach where you can enjoy the sun, horseback ride, and swim in the warm waters of the Sea of Cortez. A 10 minute walk from our condo will put you at Zippers, an world famous surf spot. Also for avid surfers, there are many other surf spots in the area, drivable in either direction of San Jose. Snorkelers and divers can enjoy crystal clear waters in two different spots located close to San Jose. In about 25 minutes you can be downtown Cabo San Lucas life is much more fast-paced and you can visit the famous Los Arcos and Lovers Beach.

This condo is great! It is literally a few steps from the beach with a very private patio. The surf sounds and sights can't be beat. Lori and Mike were wonderful to work with and provided a lot of great info about the area. The condo is very nice, clean and has all of your beach gear ready to use. The complex is very pretty, and the resident pool iguanas are fun to watch and feed grapes to. My favorite part of the trip was the long beach walks on a beautiful, uncrowded beach. Our trip was a first and short, so we didn't rent a car. The hotel next door has cabs readily available and they are helpful. The public bus to Cabo is handy and fun. Really a great trip. We will be back. Thanks Lori and Mike for sharing your wonderful place.

Sun, sand, green grass, palm trees, bouganvilla, impeccable grounds, warm ocean breezes, flip flops, tee shirts during the day, (temps. near 80F), what a wonderful year-round escape!

This was about our fourth visit to this property. Truly a beach condo... all amenities ready to go (dishes, towels, beach towels, spices in cabinets, beach chairs and umbrellas, etc.) and it just becons to the beach-escape traveler. Soo easy to settle in.

We can't wait to return!!

We so enjoyed our stay at this cozy beachfront property! It was so relaxing. Everything was close by. Groceries, restaurants etc. The owner was so helpful and did everything possible to help us.We particularly liked our dinner at Flora's Farm, truly unique! We would definitely go back.

wonderful condo right on the beach - perfect for listening to the pounding waves and watching lovely sunrises and sunsets - at the quiet end of the beach which my adult sons and i enjoyed - kitchen was extremely well stocked and so we shopped at mega and ate most nights on the patio - where else can you find a view like that!!! rented a jeep which i would recommend due to the many off roading adventures available - drove to todos santos and had the best street tacos on the main drag then explored the various beaches we found along the way back - our favorite being las palmas
another day we drove the east cape circle - gorgeous beaches and scenery - my sons went fishing one day (gordo banks) and i walked to san jose del cabo and ate at the very yummy french restaurant great walking beach - walked to the marina jetty and if you go up from the beach around the presidente hotel you'll find the beautiful fresh water lagoon - ate at la mexicana a little restaurant in town near the bus terminal you'll know it by the posters of old time actors - amazing ceviche and shrimp plates - mama mia's practically next door was alittle pricey but right on the beach and zippers not too far from the condo is the next best thing to eating on the patio of the condo -

A Wonderful Stay

Everything about our stay was wonderful. Lori was a fantastic correspondent and made the rental process really easy. Upon arrival the condo was cleaned and ready for us. The location was absolutely perfect, a quick drive to anywhere in San Jose. Waking up every morning to breakfast on the deck was a real perk and listening to the waves crash against the shore was so relaxing. The La Jolla itself is a great complex, the pools are great and everyone was always smiling. Thanks for the great stay Mike & Lori.
