Absolutely Lovely and Perfect

We stayed at this home for Spring Break with the kids (April 2010). The home had everything you need to feel right at home. A great bbq grill for family dinners, a great kitchen with a double oven, large fridge to fit all your food and drinks. Garage parking but plenty of parking in front as well. Full size washer and dryer and flat screen tv's throughout. Wireless internet and plenty of beach towels for everyone. Very clean and we loved the wood floors. The market was 5 minutes away and you are 2 minutes or less walking distance to the sand. Outdoor shower was great for the kids, a hose in the side yard to rinse off your feet or beach stuff was convenient and the slated front and back porch was a great place to hang out and relax. Though the house doesn't have any ocean views except for a peekaboo view from the master balcony the house and location and price made it a real great value.
It really is a lovely home and we are already planning our next stay. We used the bikes they provided and the friendly bike lanes made it easy to ride to the village. I was really surprised when I got to the beach house because pictures can be deceiving. It did not disappoint. You can comfortably sleep 8 people in the home. There is a trundle bed underneath one of the twin beds which made it great for having the 3 boys sleep in one room. The Master was great and the other 2 bedrooms were on the smaller side but cozy and comfortable with ample closet space. That was another plus about the home it had ample closet and drawer space in all the bedrooms especially in the Master bedroom. The house looks very new despite being a rental it definitely didn't show signs as a rental. The owners are very nice and really take pride in making sure all your needs are met. Easy and hassle free rental and the cleaning fee was worth every penny which included linens. We felt safe and you don't have the obnoxious neighbors you typically get with beach rentals. The beach was great for surfing, skim boarding and boogie boarding (yes we did it all) and we parked ourselves every day on 25th street. There is a lifeguard tower, convenient clean bathrooms and outside showers. A very family oriented beach and the sunsets were beautiful! You will not be disappointed renting this home. We had a great time.
