Gorgeous reclaimed floors from South Carolina, a gourmet kitchen with Viking stainless appliances, a Sub-Zero fridge, beautiful cabinets and great kitchen island. Parking is a must in this area, and you can park two cars in the detached garage. All the bedrooms have their own balconies. Perfect for entertaining, this dream house is a must for the beach lover. This house is less than a mile walk to the world famous Del Mar Thoroughbred Racetrack, 'Where The Turf Meets The Surf', built in 1937 by luminaries Bing Crosby and actors Pat O'Brien and Jimmy Durante. Hollywood stars are often regulars at the Del Mar Racetrack.
