These Signature MGM Grand units are in the second of three towers which sits adjacent to the main MGM Grand Building which are connected by an air conditioned moving walkway. The views from these units are excellent and unobstructed showing the world famous Las Vegas strip and the MGM Grand City Center. No car is necessary as most attractions are within short walking distance and the exclusive Las Vegas monorail is also on site if desiring to go to the Fremont Street experience and the old Las Vegas strip section. The rooms are truly turnkey in which you do not need to bring anything except your clothing. The Signature at MGM Grand proximity to the airport is at 2 miles or less making it approximately a 5 minute ride. Shuttle, cab or limousine service is also available to the airport or around the city if desired.

Perfect Honeymoon Retreat!

My husband and I stayed at the Signature on our Honeymoon and it was absolutely perfect! It's connected to MGM Grand and a quick walk up a side street to the rest of the strip. The suite was exactly as it was pictured and absolutely comfortable. We had a great time exploring Vegas and then coming back to our place to relax and unwind. The suite was clean and well maintained and the view from the balcony was great! We were within walking distance of Exaclibur, New York New York, MGM Grand, Bellagio and others. The buffet at the MGM was good but not sure it was worth the cash. We also enjoyed going to a TV screening and got to rate a new TV show that is possibly going to be coming out in the fall. It was really fun and it was right inside the MGM Grand so we didn't have to leave the a/c! All in all we had a great trip and we even rented a car right from the Signature and drove to California for a day and went to Disneyland! The staff at the Signature were extremely helpful and always full of information. Great Valet service (complimentary!) and the Concierge was great too! We will definitely be back! Thanks Linda for a glorious vacation!

Signature Tower-Penthouse 34th Floor/MGM

The pictures of the penthouse are very accurate. It is lovely and extremely well-maintained. If you are looking for a quiet retreat but near lots of action this is the place for you! All employees of the Signature Towers were perfect. There were five girls on this trip and the actual accommodations were wonderful for us. However, the description of proximity to the MGM Hotel is misleading in the opinion of all five visitors to this penthouse. It is a very long way to the hotel---even with moving sidewalks! If your desire is to do lots of gambling and walking is your primary mode of transportation we would recommend staying in the MGM Hotel rather than the Signature Towers; especially for anyone with disabilities.

Great place to stay

Great place to stay with a family (2 teenagers). Dealing with owner was very easy and very efficient. Breezed through check in and had great room. Kitchen was fully equipped. We went to nearby Whole Foods to get snacks and breakfast items. This worked out great. The Signature Pool was uncrowded.

Maid service was included and maids did a great job.

Would highly recommend the Signature Property and dealing with this owner directly.

We stayed at this suite in the Signature MGM Grand back at the end of September for a week. It was fantastic!

We were travelling with a 1yr old and having a kitchen in the suite was the best ever. There's a grocery store not too far away (cab ride for sure) so you can stock up your kitchen and eat-in if you want/need to.

We loved the location of the unit and it was child-friendly for us. This was our son's 3rd trip to Vegas and every time it gets better and better.

I would have to say that this was like staying in a 5* hotel. From the moment we checked in until the time we checked out, it was first class all the way. The swimming pool was great, and there's lots of different ones you can go to - you're not limited to just the one in your tower.

We just had the 1bd and it was plenty of space for us. If you are travelling with a little one, we were able to get a crib put into our room and along with it came a complimentary box of baby items - diaper wipes, bath wash, lotion, baby oil. All sorts of wonderful products. The bedding in the crib was awesome too! Our little guy slept with the angels every night!

I definitely would not hesitate to recommend this unit to anyone wanting something a little "more" than just a basic hotel room while in Vegas. You can't beat it. Alot of the hotel rooms in the upper class hotels will cost you just as much as a suite in the Signature.
