Outside, the pool is great for children whilst the spa gives adults the chance to relax at the end of the day perhaps just reading a novel. The house is perfect for larger family groups, sleeping up to 10 guests in comfort. A great place for adults and children alike with plenty for everyone to do - excitement at the parks, exercise at the golf course, fun in the pool and relaxation in the spa. The heart of the villa is the spacious Family Room, just off the Kitchen and Nook. With large sofas, you can relax or you might want to have some fun with the entertainment center - a 61' High Definition television and HD cable, DVD, surround sound system, and a Sony PlayStation 2 for the children (big and small alike!). The separate lounge and dining room is ideal for more formal occasions or some peace and quiet away from the children.

The family room leads out to the lanai and pool-side dining area, with table and chairs to enjoy al-fresco dining beside the pool and bubbling raised spa that cascades in to the main pool. Don't forget to put the pool lights on at night for a great light show!

My family and I really enjoyed your home. It was actually a lot nicer than I expected (most rental properties I have seen are not kept that clean and comfortable.)

The highchair and pack and play crib came in very handy with my 1yr old daughter. And my 3 yr old son was very disappointed that we couldn't stay in the "new house" :)
The worst part was having to come back home to reality!

The only thing I wish we hadn't done was turn on the pool heat. When we had arrived it had been very warm weather so I think the pool took on some of that heat and it stayed above 80 until Monday. So the pool temp. was so hot we couldn't use it. I think it was the same temp as the hot tub!

We were going to call the mgmt company to shut it off but they did not open until Monday and by then the temp was down to 60 - 65.

Overall though it was a wonderful time and we will keep you in mind should we return.

We loved the house. It was spacious and very comfortable. With 3 couples staying there we felt we had our own space and not at all crowded.
The location was excellent....right next to the main highway and 20 minutes to most of the places we wanted to go to...lots of shopping, good restaurants and tourist places.
It was nice to have a working computer there and such a big TV. On the cooler days we enjoyed just staying home.
Our only concern was that the bed wasn't all that comfortable. We stayed in the bedroom by the front door. We tried to turn the mattress and found it was one sided. My husband is older and has back issues and almost daily found the mattress to be a problem.

We loved being there!!

This is a great home:) i went with my wife and three friends had a great time :) only mins to disney and close to everything:) the house was awsome!!! tons of room great pool and jacuzzi nice neighborhood and very clean:) well i just wanted to say how much of a good time we had and say thanks to the owner we will be booking again later this year :)
