BOOK NOW FOR JUNE 2013!

Relax at the mountains, in our wonderfully appointed home in Big Boulder Resort. You will enjoy fabulous views of Big Boulder mountain from each floor. There is also plenty to do right here in Big Boulder - enjoy the Lake Mountain Club in the summer, and Big Boulder Ski Mountain (with reciprocal benefits at Jack Frost) in the winter both just a short walk from your door. All this, and we are located only 10 minutes from the Pennsylvania Turnpike@ Route 80!

Our home is a fully stocked with many amenities. There are five bedrooms and 3.5 baths, 7 flat screen TVs, WIFI, pool table and ping pong! We also supply a GameCube system with many child appropriate games as well as a large assortment of board games and DVD's that will provide many hours of fun when you feel like staying in! Heated tile floor in lower level bath. Kitchen is fully stocked and has granite counter tops and stainless appliances, we include all of your bed sheets & there is NO CLEANING FEE!

This was the first time we had rented a home for a vacation and I don't think we will go back to staying in hotels! I really valued the other reviews when making this decision and am happy to say they were accurate. This home was spacious and clean. There was plenty of space to sleep and spread out for our group of 12. The basement and kitchen were the spots where we spent the most time. The pool table/rec area in the basement was a great way to spend the evenings after skiing. Getting to ski area was an easy drive of 5 minutes and the water park at split rock was also an easy drive of about 10 minutes. Overall, we had a great stay. Lisa was organized, quick to respond and easy to work with. Thanks! We hope to stay here again!

Beautiful Home for Family Getaway

I rented this home for my siblings/spouses and parents to meet at and spend a long weekend together. The house was absolutely perfect for our family. Not only is it beautiful on the outside (as you can see in the image); but when you walk into the front door, you can immediately see that the house is well-kept - very clean and well designed. The layout of the home worked well being that there are bedrooms on the ground, first, and second floor. Those that have young children or like to go to sleep early can easily take the upstairs bedrooms and not hear noise from the ground floor. The ground floor has a bar, pool table, and music/video games which makes it great and easy to hang out with a group of friends/family. The location allowed us to easily ski at Jack Frost and Big Boulder throughout the weekend as well as take walks/hikes around the complex.

The owner was always quick to respond to any questions I had and made the renting process very simple. I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking. Our family has already planned to stay there again next Winter.

Ski bums and bunnies weekend :)

What a great house! We had an awesome time and the house was so accommodating! There was about 8 of us and it wasn't even a tad bit small. The basement was a whole other living space that we hardly even used. The additional frig was great and we cooked in two nights of the four for a big group. The kitchen was well stocked with all things needed. Lisa was great and always at a moments notice with her response back to me with questions and concerns. We enjoyed watching movies, cooking, skiing and heading out to the local places. We had a fabulous time and hope to stay again in the future. We have been renting with this group the last few years with some single homes and the rental fees for a weekend have just gotten out of hand for a long weekend. This was so affordable and it provided all the amenities and space one could need! Thanks for another great year of ski fun! Ski bums and bunnies!

Great Way To Ring In The New Year!

A great house with a great location. There was plenty of space for all of our guests and the house was beautiful. Being so close to the mountain was great for hitting the slopes early and even late at night a couple times. The fireplace and the view of the mountain from the living room were big hits! The fully stocked kitchen and the bar room with the second fridge were perfect for us. All of the bedrooms had ample space and the included linens for each of them was a great bonus. Really couldn't have asked for a better way to celebrate the new year.

Great house, super clean and updated. It is really close to Big Boulder and close to Split Rock, where we went for a Spa Treatment.
Lots of bedrooms for all of us and the area is really nice. Went for walks and ate at a local restaurant.....The house has everything you need, fully stocked kitchen...I love that they provide linens and there is no cleaning charge!

We would stay again!
