This home is custom built, featuring a full kitchen with natural maple woodwork and an island/snack bar area. The master suite has Douglas fir woodwork, spiral staircase to a loft with a lake view, upper deck accessed by atrium doors from two bedrooms, full bath with whirlpool, and a walk-in closet.

Location


This home is situated on Sybil Lake, the clearest lake in Ottertail County. There is 150 feet of shoreline on this property, and the lake is easy to access. The lake has a hard sand bottom, boasts two natural beaches, and is excellent for swimming, boating, and fishing. In addition, there is a large grassy lawn with mature trees and a fire pit. Also, Maplewood State Park is a short fifteen minute drive, where there is access to hiking trails.
