2 Bedrooms - 2 Baths - (Sleeps 6)

Our condo is located on one the quietest bays in the Mission Bay area. It is close to several Boat Launches and the channel to get into open ocean. Sea World is within walking distance. Fireworks from Sea World can be seen nightly during the summer from the living room couch, balcony or the beach below. San Diego Zoo (One of the top 5 zoos in the country) is less than a 15 minute drive.

Our unit is affordably priced for families, and strategically located to enjoy all that San Diego has to offer. Great for families, or anyone that wants a lot of room (1400 sq ft), and a peaceful relaxing place to stay, yet with lots of activities very close by when it is time to kick it up a notch or two.

Notes: Coin operated Washer and dryer are located downstairs in a private laundry room shared with only the other 4 units in the condo building. Parking for RV is same as off street parking. Boat/trailer parking is available across the bay in a public boat parking and launch area. An elevator is available for the disabled. It is also very helpful during move in, move out, and coraling the kids. Video Library: Over 60 movies are available. Anywhere from childrens movies up to and including action, drama, and comedy. Great location. Short drive to attractions (i.e., Balboa Park, Midway, Zoo, SeaWorld, Gaslamp District, etc.). Watch SeaWorld fireworks from condo balcony. Beautiful bay view from balcony. Nice walking path with ocean nearby. Gracious owners.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed the condo last week. The weather was good and my parents both enjoyed the great view from the balcony.
