This cottage is bathed in light with openness and fantastic energy flow.

We are a log cabin cottage with all the modern amenities, including a Viking range. Cook gourmet meals or dine out at the fabulous eateries. We have a sunny deck for you to enjoy your morning coffee, lunch, and your evening cocktails. There is a beautiful garden area where you will enjoy watching families of Coastal Deer, quail, fox, and bobcats. Fill vases with wild iris,poppies, and roses in the garden.

From the moment you enter this house you are home.

Our house sits on a knoll with ocean views and a short walk to Portuguese Beach. We are centrally located just north of Bodega Bay. A few minutes more puts you into the town of Jenner by the Sea where the Russian River meets the Pacific Ocean. You can watch the seals birth their pups during the season.

40 Minutes from Petaluma and 30 Minutes from Sebastopol

Other Activities: shopping, kayaking, boating, wildlife viewing

My wife and I found both the home and its immediate neighborhood a delight. The house is welcoming, comfortable, nicely furnished, and easy to live in. The views of hills to the north and east, and of the Pacific to the west, are stunning. There is an excellent beach at the foot of the street, good restaurants in town, and great hiking just to the north. Lovers of wildlife should bring binoculars. We are eager to return.

We would recomend this rental... we had a great family time together... the home was more than expected.... my family and I enjoyed our time together there. We would like to come back next year... bodega bay was so relaxing..The owner was very nice... well informed... ..we went to the Boat House...fish and chips are great.. also the prawns... thank you so much to the owner for opening your home as a rental.

My stress just drifted away

After a very stressful period I felt my stress start to evaporate as soon as I walked in the front door. The house is beautiful and the views are stunning. I can see the sea from many of the windows, including the master bedroom, kitchen and dining room. There is an enchanting little garden out back thriving with California Poppies and massive artichokes. The neighborhood is quiet and its easy to get around. The energy in the house is very positive. You would be very pleased to stay here instead of a hotel in town. I wish I had rented the place for longer than three days. It is amazing here.

Relaxing Get Away

My husband and I came here for his birthday and had a wonderful time. The place is absolutely beautiful! Great nooks inside and outside the house to relax and they even have a Viking stove with a large kitchen to cook in. They recommend Oasis Day Spa For his special day and we were both very pleased with the services they offered ,which included their famous cedar enzyme bath! Totally worth a try. The beach is about a 5 min walk from the house. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a bath to top off the relaxing day up here. Great views of the ocean, which we really enjoyed as one of the days was windy, so staying inside was a nice option from the beach. Great little get away!
