Jeep tours into the mountains, hikes, canoe trips on lake and river and horseback rides with experienced guides can be individually organized as well as backcountry trips and overnight stays in mountain cabins. Groceries are not only available in the big supermarkets in Nelson but are also offered from small farms in the Slocan Valley. The hosts like to share their products o their large fruit and vegetable garden with their guests

Canoe and Kayak: Slocan Lake is in 8km, Slocan River at the backdoor has quiet parts but also rapids category 2, a challenge for experienced kayakers. Canoe, kayak rental and courses available Mountain Biking: Slocan Valley rail trail, level former rail road adjacent to property. Today hiking, bicycling and groomed cross country trail. 50 km along the river, remote beaches, endless motives for photographers and animal watchers. Logging roads up into the mountains challenge sportive mountain bikers. Bicycles are free.
