Situated in the historic centre of the 'La Macarena' district which is, nowadays, one of the most colorful districts of Seville, and one which has best conserved its traditional air. The apartment is located on a very quite street only a few meters from the street named Feria, one of the main thoroughfares. Since medieval times, every Thursday, this street hosts the “Feria Market” a rich cultural event where the streets are lined with stalls selling a vast range of wares. Daily one can walk the neighborhood where traditional commercial activity occurs and there is a vast selection of local stores and markets to purchase fresh fruit and bread. Every bar and restaurant in the neighborhood offers a wealth of history for viewing while one enjoys tasting traditional Spanish cuisine. One will also find the part of the old city walls built by the Almoravides. This section runs from the Puerta de Córdoba, now lost, to the Arch of La Macarena, the only one of the city gates still standing.

Quiet location, easy walk to fun areas

Clean, good location for walking everywhere, quiet at night. Comfortable beds. Had to ask for extra towels, but they arrived promptly. Good internet and air conditioning. Note the bathroom connects to the bedroom, so guest sleeping on fold out couch has to creep through bedroom at night to use the bathroom. Sweet shared roof top deck! Enjoyed apartment!

Nice apartment, nice neighborhood

We stayed at Peral56 for four nights. The apartment is clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The whole building is very well taken off. The apartment is located on a quiet residential street within walking distance from major attractions - 5-7 mins to Alameda Hercules, 15-20 mins to Cathedral. A supermarket and a fresh market are 2-3 blocks away. If you arrive to Seville by car there is a public underground parking 10 mins walk away, that has very reasonable multiple day parking rates (we paid just under 50€ for 5 days) and a very easy access to Ronda Urbana Nte and all major highways in case you plan to make day trips outside of Seville.

Jean Pierre was very prompt and helpful. He waited for us at the apartment, showed us around and provided all the info we might need during our stay.

Overall we had a very pleasant experience!

Sevilla Maravilla

We spent a delightful three days in Sevilla, made more so by the warm greeting we had from Jean-Pierre when we arrived. The apartment is exactly as pictured, very comfortable,everything we needed, with cafes and shops nearby. It is just a couple of blocks north of Alameda de Hercules, and the area was more "real sevillanos" and not as tourist-packed as downtown. After walking all over Seville for two long days, we have fallen in love with the city, and certainly plan to return. Would definitely stay at Peral 56 again!!

Great Location, Clean and Comfortable

We stayed in this suite for a week and we thoroughly enjoyed it! The shared rooftop deck was lovely as it was 40++ celcius in the day and we would go up in the evenings to enjoy the breeze. The suite was clean, relatively large and the air conditioning was fantastic. The kitchen was well stocked and the internet connection was good. There were nearby markets and the area was quiet but close to some fantastic restaurants. Jean Pierre was helpful and friendly. He even printed off some tickets to a show that I purchased online and dropped them off for me at the suite! I would definitely recommend it and I would stay again. Parking could possibly be an issue if you had a car but it is quite walkable, we walked to all of the attractions. Sevilla is an absolutely beautiful city!

Great central location, modern, perfect!

The apartment was awesome!!! The pictures are very accurate! The property was in a very central location next to Alameda Hercules where you will open your door to local bars, restaurants, locals and tourist strolling in a very safe neighborhood. Yet because it is a block away it is very quiet at night. There is a flamenco studio across the street, so if you're lucky like us you will be treated to an impromptu nightly flamenco performance which you can view from the rooftop!!!

If you walk 10minutes more you are in the most central part of Sevilla. Jean Pierre met us at the apartment, gave us all the necessary information we needed to have a great experience in Sevilla. The pictures are accurate and the place was very clean and modern. It has everything you need from plates and glasses to a washer for your dirty clothes and two beds for additional guests. Again, it was awesome and perfect!!! I traveled with my parents and the central location was perfect for them to return for our siesta. For the younger folks in our party it was perfect to walk to all the tapas bars Sevilla has to offer at night and still return to a very safe and quiet neighborhood.

Feel confident in reserving this place. It's a very reasonable price for all the attention and care Jean Pierre provides and puts into the apartment. I'm happy to know of a perfect place in Sevilla to return to in future adventures through Sevilla! I highly recommend!!!
