Spacious and Spotless!
Excellent apartment in a quiet neighborhood. The apartment is spacious (~100 m2, ~1,000 ft2) with high ceilings and absolutely clean and spotless. We are owners of multiple vacation rental properties and, until renting this apartment, have never found vacation accommodations that meet the standards we set for our properties. The apartment surpassed my wife's OCD/"clean freak" high standard of cleanliness.
The apartment has the bonus of a dryer (rare in Rome) with all new appliances. Convenient to the metro, the Vatican, shopping, and restaurants. Super fast wifi (~8 to 12 mbps). Super comfy (Tempur-pedic type) beds. There is a huge walk in closet that is the size of small Rome bedrooms. We only turned on the TV once, and there were at least two English speaking channels (BBC and CNN World).
Silvia is a great owner/host. She was waiting for us when we arrived at the apartment and arranged an early morning private car to the airport upon our departure (at 20% less than the taxi rate). She was kind enough to provide a welcome basket with (red and white) wine, sweets, fruit, etc.
You will not be disappointed!
