Come and share our favorite family vacation spot!! Our totally new and updated villa is most desirably located on the first floor with a balcony, at one of the 2 pools. It is one of 2 villa's located on the first floor, poolside. It is steps from the tennis courts and indoor racquetball clubhouse and just 300 yards from the beach and has 24 hour security. This spacious, newly remodeled 2 bedroom, 2 bath layout includes a fully equipped kitchen; dining table for 6; a queen sleep sofa, TV, VCR/DVD, games and movies in the living room; a queen bed in the master; a bunk bed and a twin bed in the 2nd bedroom. The first floor poolside balcony has chairs, a table, beach chairs and a umbrella. The new kitchen includes a microwave, new washer and dryer and refrigerator with an ice maker. Linens are provided. Folly Field Road is off 278 and is a very popular area in Hilton Head, & offers a quiet atmosphere. It is a few minute walk or bike ride to the beautiful are of Folly Field Beach.

This villa is located within the gated,security-patrolled community of Fiddler's Cove Beach and Racquet Club. This 23-acre resort offers 2 large pools, a heated hot tub, sundeck, outdoor grilling areas, bike racks and a membership to a local gym with an indoor pool. Also included, is use of 10 clay Har-Tru tennis courts and 2 indoor racquetball courts. The beautiful beach is an easy walk,(over wide sidewalks), bike ride or drive (with public meter parking) and easy beach access over a boardwalk, just 300 yards from your front door. Many beach amenities are right at the boardwalk (a lifeguard, showers, bathroom, volleyball, chairs and umbrellas to rent, and a beach shack for drinks and food)

This was our 3rd time staying in this condo and we highly recommend it. It's clean, updated, and has all the comforts of home. The pool is right behind the condo, the bike paths are great, the beach and a nice playground are a short walk away. If you play tennis, the courts are right next to the condo. You are 5 minute drive from Walmart, Publix, mini golf courses, a nice arcade, and many restaurants and shops. The outlet malls are a 15 minute drive away. We always have a great time!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
