Newly built, 3 bright rooms, patio, garden, garage. Ideal for families, quiet.

The apartment is located in the town of Füssen, at the foot of the Alps and a stone’s throw from Neuschwanstein Castle. All around are rolling green hills with a backdrop of towering mountains, lakes and sleepy villages. In summer it is a hiker’s paradise; in winter the ski slopes are just minutes away.

The apartment is located on the outskirts of Füssen. The the historic old town is a mere 10 minutes’ walk away. In summer the first walking trail starts behind the house...

...in winter you will find the cross-country tracks there. What’s more, the most popular sledding hill in town is right by the house. Two very good ski schools are a 10 minute car ride away. For experienced skiers you need 20 to 30 minutes to reach a dozen different ski slopes as well as a skiing are with 12 interconnected skilifts.

The property was completed in February 2013. All rooms have underfloor heating, while the windows are large and generous. The 63 sq m apartment can sleep 2 adults and 2 children in bunk beds. An aditional child’s bed is available on request.

The kitchen is fully equipped including dishwasher and oven.

The guests have access to the 150 sq m private garden with a 25 sq m patio with barbecue. The house has an underground parking garage and a bicycle storage space. Washing machine and dryer at your exclusive disposal can also be found in the basement.

The apartment has Wi-Fi and LAN Internet access in all rooms. Other amenities include an Internet-connected TV, a Blu-ray player, an audio system with CD player, iPod dock and Apple Airplay (for streaming music from your iPhone or iPad) and a Nintendo Wii console with games for the whole family.

About Klaus Geiger

We are Stéphanie and Klaus. Together with our sons Adrian (5) and Simon (3) as well as the cats Jackie and Chipie we are living in Berlin. Stéphanie is from the south of France, Klaus from Füssen. The newly built apartment is located right next to the home of Klaus' parents, whose family has been living for centuries in the region of Füssen. We are very pleased that via our apartment we have created a new connection to the Allgäu, which is the home of Klaus and which Stéphanie took to her heart immediately. And we look forward to welcome guests from across Europe and around the world in this extraordinally beautiful region.

Perfect Vacation Rental

Perfect, lovely apartment for our holiday! Impeccably clean, bright, with a well-equipped kitchen and what you see in the pictures is exactly what you get and more.....cos there's a really nice view of the Alps in the distance from the windows! If you're coming to Fussen via train, buses from the train station will also take you to a bus stop about 30metres from the apartment building (do check against the bus schedule). The bus rides around town and to the usual tourist spots of Schloss Neuswanstein, Tegelberg and Wieskirche are free with the Fussen Guest Card which we received from the hosts for the duration of our stay. And a great plus are the hosts were extremely patient, helpful and attentive to our needs. We had mentioned to them about our concerns of the cold Fussen winter (We are Singaporeans so we're used to year-round temperatures of 30+ degrees celsius), so Klaus and Stephanie gave us tips on how to dress for the weather. And when we arrived on an afternoon of around -5 degrees celsius, we found the apartment nice and toasty because Klaus' mum Christine had left the floor heaters for us! We have nothing but compliments for the apartment and Klaus, Stephanie and Christine and would recommend it to all visitors :)

Tolle Wohnung

Wir haben im November mit zwei Erwachsenen und einem Kind eine wunderschöne Woche im Allgäu verbracht. Die in der Beschreibung und auf den Bildern zu sehende Ausstattung ist absolut zutreffend. Mit liebe zum Detail wurde die Wohnung eingerichtet. Herr Geiger hat uns vorab schon ausführliche Informationen über Aktivitäten im Allgäu und Lage der Wohnung zukommen lassen. Dies war sehr hilfreich. Vor Ort wurden wir von Frau Hipp sehr nett eingewiesen. Die schöne Innenstadt von Füssen ist fußläufig innerhalb von 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Dort gibt es ausreichend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Das Allgäu hat uns nicht das letzte mal gesehen, wir waren von der Natur und dem, was dort an Freizeitaktivitäten (auch bei schlechtem Wetter) möglich ist, begeistert. Empfehlen könne wir nicht nur den Besuch der Schlösser, sondern z.B. auch den Besuch der Kristalltherme in Schwangau. Ein Abstecher nach Garmisch-Patenkirchen (ca.1,5 h mit dem Auto) und der Wanderung durch die Partnachklam lohnen sich sehr. Das Allgäu hat uns Nordlichter (und wir kommen auch aus einer wunderschönen Stadt) in seinen Bann gezogen.

Super Urlaub in top FeWo

Die eine Woche Urlaub ging leider viel zu schnell rum. Wir (Mutter und Tochter, Mitte 50 bzw. Anfang 20) sind angekommen und haben uns direkt wohlgefühlt. Die moderne Ausstattung gefiel uns sehr gut, es fehlt wirklich an nichts! Auch die ruhige Lage der Wohnung ist wirklich toll: von der Terrasse aus sieht man schon die Berge und in die Innenstadt sind es nur ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Alles in allem eine wahre Traum-Ferienwohnung!

Bei einem weiteren Besuch in Füssen werden wir auf jeden Fall wieder diese FeWo buchen!

The apartment is modern, roomy, good furnished with a nice garden and good parking facilities. The apartment worked out very well for us as we were traveling with young children. All in all a very nice place to stay that we would recommend.
