New holiday Finca in the center of Mallorca on a huge property with 3 bedrooms, large pool and plenty of patio area

The Ca'n Moscarí is free standing amidst a vast land of about 22, 000 square meters with typical Majorcan vegetation - orange lemon and almond trees - and a fantastic view of the Tramuntana mountains (Sierra de Tramuntana).

The property has a 180 sqm living space, plus 50 sqm large covered terrace with south orientation and almost 250 m² of other terraces around the entire house. The only recently begun to rent country house offers a total of up to 7 people: two bedrooms with large double beds and one room with a single bed and a comfortable guest bed for 2 people. The latter has its own access to the house and beautiful views of the Sierra de Tramuntana.

The house has a spacious living room with dining area for about 10 people and sofa area with music system and German television by satellite. Adjacent is the well-equipped kitchen with utility room, which, like the living-dining room has direct access to the covered south-facing terrace in the warm months held the real Finca life - be it on the day overlooking the garden and pool area or the evening with a cozy dinner with a bottle of the many good Mallorcan wines. Various seating and a large dining table load at any time of the day to relax.

On the Ca'n Moscarí you will enjoy the rural tranquility both in-house and on the surrounding the house terraces and generously designed pool area.

The location of the finca guarantees absolute privacy with both the house and the pool and terraces are visible from either side. In the spacious outdoor terraces are available, depending on the time of day and the sun you will always find the right place, either under the covered patio, under the natural "wine" terrace or even without a roof. The pool is approximately 10 x 4 m tall, especially children will come here on their taste!

The Ca'n moscari is completely furnished wheelchair accessible!

Location and surroundings

Its central location in the center of the island makes it an ideal destination for Finca Finca-holiday in the country. It is an ideal starting point for hiking and cycling as well as for Seaside. Far away from the crowded beaches of Palma, allowing Ihenn the original traditions of rural Mallorca to experience and enjoy the proximity to the nearest highway (800 meters!) and highway (1 KM !!!) but still allows you to get quickly to Palma or to any other destination in Mallorca.

The Inca city and its region of Raiguer are known as the center of the shoe and leather craft in Majorca. The shoemaker guilds are the oldest in Mallorca, dating back to the Catalan conquest of the island in the 13th Century. The leather and shoemaking has developed in this city at industrial enterprises of international fame: Lottuse, George's, campers, Barrats, Farrutx, Munper, Asinca and Kollflex are only a few known examples and only a short drive away from the Ca'n Moscarí ,

The nearest beaches in Alcudia is about 20 minutes by car to the Playa de Palma and the capital Palma itself max. 25 minutes drive to the beach of Es Trenc in the south of the island about 30 minutes and in the Tramuntana mountain range max. 25 minutes by car.

The nearest supermarket in the form of small businesses ("mom and pop shops") or larger supermarkets (HIPER-Centro, Mercadona, LIDL, etc.) can be found in Inca, ca. 2 - 5 minutes by car, depending on the purchase request. A gas station are also located about 1km away.

The Ca'n Moscarí is located on the famous wine-growing region of Mallorca, in direct proximity to the cities Binissalem, Santa Maria, Santa Eugenia and Sencelles. Wine lovers can the numerous bodegas (wineries) to explore various wine route while tasting their own favorite wine. Familienurlaub in der Idylle

Ich war mit meiner Familie (meiner Frau und unseren 3 kleinen Kindern) im Juni 2014 in der Finca Moscari bei Inca. Das Haus ist ganz gemütlich eingerichtet, es verfügt über alles Notwendige in der Küche, in den Schlafzimmern und im Bad. Highlight ist die überdachte Süd-Terrasse auf der wir eigentlich den ganzen Tag verbracht haben, wenn wir zuhause waren: vom Frühstück bis in die späten Nachtstunden. Fúr uns als Eltern war es der ideale Ort, um die Kinder im Pool zu beobachten! Die Lage der Finca ist ideal. Nach Inca und zu den Supermärkten, Geschäften und der Tankstelle sind es 3 Minuten mit dem Auto (!!!), zur Autobahnauffahrt ebenso. Durch die Lage in der Inselmitte haben wir alle Strände mehr oder weniger in der gleichen Zeit erreicht, sei es nach Süden oder nach Norden! Der Markt in Inca Donnerstags ist auf jeden FAll einen Besuch wert! Wir haben uns in der Finca Can Moscari wie zuhause gefühlt, Danke an Paula und Jose – wir sehen uns bestimmt wieder! Somos una familia de 4 personas que alquilamos la casa durante 10 días en el mes de Agosto.

Todo perfecto, todo muy amplio, limpio... y la piscina perfecta. Muy aconsejable para pasar unas vacaciones tranquilas junto la familia.
