New holiday Finca in the center of Mallorca on a huge property with 3 bedrooms, large pool and plenty of patio area

The Finca Ca'n Moscarí is free standing amidst a vast land of about 22, 000 square meters with typical Majorcan vegetation - orange lemon and almond trees - and a fantastic view of the Tramuntana mountains (the Sierra de Tramuntana).

The property has an approx 180 sqm living space, plus approximately 50 m² large covered terrace with south facing and close to 250 m² of additional terraces around the entire house. The only recently begun to rent Finca offers a total of up to 7 people: two bedrooms with large double beds and one room with a single bed and a comfortable guest bed for 2 more people. The latter has its own access to the house and beautiful views of the Sierra de Tramuntana.

The house has a spacious living-dining room with dining table for 10 people and sofa area with music system and German TV sat. Adjacent is the well-equipped kitchen with utility room, which, like the living-dining room has direct access to the covered terrace facing south in the warm months held the real Finca life - be it on the day overlooking the garden and pool area or in the evening with a cozy dinner with a bottle of the many good Mallorcan wines. Various seating and a large dining table load at any time to linger.

At Finca Ca'n Moscarí You will enjoy the rural tranquility both in-house and on the surrounding the house terraces and the spacious landscaped pool area.

The location of the finca guarantees absolute intimacy, since both the house and the pool and the terraces are visible from either side. In the spacious outdoor terraces are available, depending on the time of day and the sun, you will always find the appropriate place, either under the covered terrace, under the natural "wine" terrace or even without a roof. The pool is about 10 x 4 m tall, especially children will come here on their taste!

Location and surroundings

The central location in the center of the island makes the estate an ideal destination for holiday Finca in the countryside. It is an ideal starting point for hiking and cycling as well as holiday by the sea. Far away from the crowded beaches of Palma, it allows Ihenn the original traditions of rural Mallorca to experience and enjoy, the distance of the nearest highway (800 meters!) And motorway (1 KM !!!) but still allows you quickly to Palma or to come to any other destination on Mallorca.

The Inca city and its region of Raiguer are known as the center of the shoe and leather craft in Mallorca. The shoemaker guilds are the oldest in Mallorca, dating back to the Catalan conquest of the island in the 13th century. The leather and shoemaking has become in this city industrial enterprises of international reputation: Lottuse, George's, campers, Barrats, Farrutx, Munper, Asinca and Kollflex are only a few known examples and only a few minutes drive from the finca Ca'n Moscarí .

The nearest beaches in Alcudia is about 20 minutes drive to the Playa de Palma and Palma itself max. 25 minutes drive to the natural beach Es Trenc in the south of the island about 30 minutes and in the Tramuntana mountains max. 25 minutes by car.

The nearest supermarket in the form of small stores ("mom-and-pop shops") or larger supermarkets (a HIPER-Centro, Mercadona, Lidl, etc.) can be found in Inca, about 2-5 minutes away by car, depending on the purchase request. A gas station can also be found in about 1 KM away.

The Finca Ca'n Moscarí is located on the famous wine region of Majorca, in the direct proximity to the cities Binissalem, Santa Maria, Santa Eugenia and Sencelles. Wine lovers can the numerous bodegas (wineries) to explore different wine route while tasting their own favorite wine. Known Bodegas are Jose Luis Ferrer Macia Batle or; However, there are many more, especially young bodegas. Somos una familia de 4 personas que alquilamos la casa durante 10 días en el mes de Agosto.

Todo perfecto, todo muy amplio, limpio... y la piscina perfecta. Muy aconsejable para pasar unas vacaciones tranquilas junto la familia.
