Joe,
The condo was very neat, clean, and the bed was perfect. I really appreciated that you had dish soap, laundry detergent, etc...for our stay. You met us promptly, and were very helpful.
For couples who have a young child, I do have a suggestion...The noise from the street was loud, and so we ended up setting our daughter's bed in the living room. That worked just fine.
We used a car to get to the historic district. We could have walked but we did have a small child.
Joe thanks for the place. We would recommend.

This was our first time using homeaway and not only did Joe make it easy, but the property was perfect for us. It was clean, convenient, quiet (which may have been because the college was not in session during our stay) with good parking right out front. We enjoyed all that Savannah had to offer. While very close to Forsythe Park, I would definitely recommend a car to get to the historic district. It is certainly walkable, but this time of year when it gets dark early, the walk back to Henry Street through the park was not comfortable.

We would definitely recommend this apartment for two people. It was comfortable, clean, nicely decorated and appointed. Good location!

Security As With All College Areas In Most Cities.There Is
A Guard Across The Street At All Times,I Have Lived In Savannah For 4 Years Now,And I Feel Very Safe.
