3 Tupelo is Fully Renovated, Custom Decorated and Ready for your vacation! This home was fully refurbished in 2008 and features a new, propane heated pool. Large kitchen with custom cabinets, granite counters, stainless appliances, and granite breakfast bar. 2 dining tables with seating for 10. New stone tile floors through out with carpet in all bedrooms. Master suite with direct deck and pool access and a spa-like bath featuring granite and a custom tile shower. 3 bedrooms (2 king beds plus 2 twins convertible to 1 king) and 2 baths comfortably sleeps 8. The living area features a queen sized pull out sleeper sofa. Great Carolina room and deck with chaise lounges and table seating for 14. You can also enjoy the close proximity to all of Sea Pine’s hot spots or take in Hilton Head’s legendary beaches within 1 mile of this home. INTERIOR UNDER CONSTRUCTION WITH EXPECTED COMPLETION ON OCTOBER 1, 2008 AND POOL COMPLETED ON OCTOBER 15, 2008. MORE PHOTOS TO FOLLOW.
