Located right in the heart of Destin, kiddy corner across the street from the Big Kahuna Water Park off of Highway 98. Amenities include: central heating and air-conditioning, a 32' flat screen TV in the main room with DVD, VCR and stereo and, a full-size washer/dryer, a microwave, dishwasher, a coffee maker, crock pot, blender, griddle, pots and pans, and kitchen utensils among many other things. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a TV/DVD, and a private bath. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and TV/DVD, and the third bedroom has a bunk bed with a twin size bed as the top bunk and a full size bed as the bottom bunk, a single size trundle and TV/DVD. There is also a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room. A Pack'n Play, childs air mattress and 2 booster chairs are available for small children. Outside the back door you will find a storage closet filled with beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and many pool and beach toys for your enjoyment. Beach service, chair and umbrella rental, is available for an additional fee. When you walk out the back door you will enjoy the garden patio area, fresh gulf breezes, a large table with umbrella that seats six, and a gas grill for your private use. The large heated pool and kiddie pool are just a 20 second walk from your front door. There is an air fill station available to fill inflatable water toys and floats. The beach is just a two minute walk over the grass. On this unique property you will enjoy a private lake stocked for fishing (catch and release only). Bring the kids to the walking bridge to feed the fish and turtles.
