Brand New Buenos Aires Palermo Hollywood Penthouse Loft Apartment: This is a 2 story 1 bedroom, 2 bath apartment that can sleep 4 people. The apartment has a large bedroom, closet and full bathroom with shower on the upper floor. The lower floor has a full kitchen, living room, bathroom and deck with a great view of Palermo. The apartment is on the top, 18th floor, with elevator access. There is free Wi-Fi throughout the building and a strong signal in the apartment and by the pool. We will also include a cell phone for you if you need that. You will pay for the minutes. The building has excellent amenities including a roof top pool, fitness room, sauna, jacuzzi and party room. You can also view more pictures at http://ba.hangingout.net It is in the heart of Palermo Hollywood, with tons of great restaurants and shopping all around.

Better than a boutique hotel

I stayed a full month and loved it and would return without hesitation. The view really is spectacular. To be showering with views of both sides of the city is a unique experience. The Palermo area is well known for some of the most stylish shopping and dining yet it lacks the crowds of Recoleta which make it suitable for those wishing to relax and indulge. Cabs are cheap and plentiful so getting around is easy. The jacuzzi was a real favourite of mine, again with views right across the city. My trip was for Spanish study and experimenting with running my business remotely. The wi-fi speed and ease of connection is better than most other parts of the world. The light filled apartment made it a pleasure to work from.
Recommended for:  Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway

Modern, clean, great location

This apartment is perfect for one person, a couple or small family to share. The design is modern and the location is perfect -- a 10 minute walk to the heart of Palermo shopping & restaurants/bars, but the little neighborhood it's in also has a few great restaurants just a block or two away. Also a 5-10 minute walk to the Metro stop, but cabs are cheap and easy to find (or the front desk will call one for you). The 18th floor allows for an amazing view from the deck and great light comes in through the huge windows (or draw the shade to block it out!). The rooftop pool is amazing and wi-fi was an added benefit. I would recommend staying at this apartment if you are spending any time in BA!
