The house offers 3 bedroom air-conditioned, 2 bathrooms, 2 separate toilets, living room, TV satellite, WiFi,

Fully equipped kitchen such as a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave etc.

The private sun terrace offers space for relaxing and cozy dining. The large pool offers refreshment.

The pool and deck areas were completely renovated in spring 2014.

The house is part of a three-houses-owner community.

The pool can be used by the inhabitants of the three houses.

Each house is a parking space available in front of the house.

The house is suitable for up to 5 adults or 4 adults plus 2 children.

An ideal holiday home for guests who appreciate the central location without having to move the car and at the same time would like on the beach or by the pool to enjoy the vacation.
