Townhome, 3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 6)

Very private! Architect's own national award winning townhome (1 of 4 in complex) directly on the Gulf close to the Sarasota County line. Immaculate, three bedrooms, two baths, two private decks and two attached covered parking spaces. Living room (with private deck), dining room, kitchen and 2nd floor master bedroom (with private deck) all with open views of the Gulf.

Kitchen and Master Bath restored and upgraded three years ago. Three levels, high ceilings. Very lush tropical landscaping insures privacy.

Has washer and dryer in unit. Unit is south end unit of complex in picture below. Angled decks give ultimate privacy between units.

No sound spill over. Shared decks at beach, allow for Sunset parties if desired or sunning without sand!

About The Owner

Jack, an architect and Barbara, an event planner, live in Tampa and have two sons and one daughter. They have seven grand-children, the youngest, boys, 6 and 10 , are in tears every time they leave the beach to return to Tampa. Our beach house offers sea-side activities in a

safe and private environment having only three other units in the complex.
