The high ceiling open plan living area with ceiling fan is carpeted throughout and separated into the stylish dining areas. The living area has plush sofas with a large TV with digital cable and additional 5 speaker sound system. There is also a DVD player to provide a relaxing environment.The kitchen is fully equipped (see details above). The spacious Master bedroom has digital cable TV, ceiling fan, a large walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom with toilet, shower and bath and ‘His & Hers’ sinks. The double bedroom with ceiling fan and twin third bedroom have ample hanging space in the fitted closets and share the second bathroom which has a toilet and a combined bath and shower. The third bedroom also has a television which can be used to plug in your own multi media devices. The fourth twin bedroom with ceiling fan again has ample fitted closets.

Further details outdoors:The south facing screened pool area is a real ‘sun trap’ for sun worshippers having sun from just after sunrise to just before sunset. The pool has underwater lighting and heating (available at extra cost if required) for the few cooler months of the year. The parasoled table and chairs is a real bonus as you can enjoy being outside whilst remaining in the shade. However, sun worshippers will probably prefer to use the sun loungers on the deck area around the pool!
The gas powered grill allows you to prepare a delicious BBQ, which you can then enjoy, al fresco beside the pool. Welcome food hampers, where vegetarians can also be catered, can be booked through the management company. At an additional cost, this will cover your basic grocery needs when you first arrive.
There are ramps available to enable easy access into the house and out to the pool area.
