Location, location, location! This large penthouse is in the Heart of Waikiki, right in the beautiful new Beachwalk dining area. Only 75 yards from the sparkling sands of world-famous Waikiki Beach, incredible views await your pleasure from our two large lanais (balconies). Enjoy your coffee watching the sunrise from one lanai, and sip on a cocktail watching the stunning sunsets from the other!

This 1100 sq ft 2 bedroom condo is only one building back from the beach - you simply walk past the Halekulani or the Outrigger Reef, and your feet are in the sand within a few minutes. Our building is surrounded by high end hotels such as the Halekulani , Trump Tower, Sheraton Waikiki, and Outrigger Reef. Better value for money than staying in a hotel room, you can prepare your meals in the fully stocked kitchen when you’re not dining in one of the many great restaurants that are within a short stroll. An ABC convenience store and a casual restaurant are located on the bottom floor of the building.

Guests are free to enjoy the rooftop pool and Jacuzzi, plus the use of the Owners Lounge on the 26th floor. Relax and enjoy the spectacular panoramic views from the Lounge, shoot some pool there, or have use of the computers with pay-per-day Internet.

Additional amenities include 24 hour check-in, bell service, valet parking, and an activity desk. No smoking, thanks.

Our penthouse is a privately owned condo located within the Imperial of Waikiki. (Please note that one flight of stairs must be climbed to reach the penthouse, so those with mobility issues may prefer to stay in another property.)

This property has recently been purchased by our family, and has undergone a makeover and updating in March 2012. All reviews before March 9th 2012 were made before the upgrades. You will love what we've done with the place!

About Suzie

We are an Australian family who have fallen in love with Hawaii. We have travelled the world extensively, but keep being pulled back to beautiful Hawaii!

Why Suzie chose Waikiki

After staying at the Imperial as guests in one of the private condos, we were so impressed with the whole process and how we were welcomed by the staff, that we decided to buy our own little spot in Paradise.

What makes this condo unique

What's not to love about the location of our place?! In a matter of minutes, you can have your toes in the sand on one of the most beautiful beaches in the world, or you can be sipping a Mai Tai at one of many great restaurants Oh, and let's not forget the Cheesecake Factory - our favorite! World-class shopping is a couple of blocks away, as well as easy access to just about everything else!

Fabulous, clean, comfortable home away from home!

This was our first VRBO stay in Hawaii, and we couldn't have made a better choice. Of the four places we stayed during our trip, it was the cleanest, best maintained and had the most comfortable beds. The condo was exactly as described, and a perfect home-base for exploring the island of Oahu. It had everything we might have needed, and more. We spent our mornings on the lanai off the kitchen enjoying our coffee and our evenings on the lanai off the bedroom watching the sun go down. Suzie was wonderful to deal with; prompt, professional, helpful and genuinely concerned that we were happy with our stay. We would highly recommend her home...you won't be disappointed!

Absolutely wonderful!

I want to go back! We were two couples both celebrating our 25th wedding anniversaries in beautiful Hawaii. This condo was the perfect place to stay for two couples. We loved this gorgeous condo. The remodeling/renovation made for a spectacular place. We loved having space to spread out, spent every morning with coffee out on the lanai and enjoyed the Friday night fireworks from the other lanai.
We also appreciated that we had use of your parking spot and did not have to pay for parking-what a huge money saver!
Susie, you are so wonderful to work with; you made the whole process so easy. You were so responsive to any and all questions or concerns that I had. I cannot say enough good things about working with you on renting your condo.
We plan on coming back in 2015!

The condo was just recently upgraded and decorated beautifully! Suzie is very easy to work with and very accomodating - as well as the hotel. The views are wonderful and we enjoyed the Friday night fireworks right from the condo. We would highly recommend staying here!!!

Perfect condo

This condo is in the best location in Waikiki. It is located in the newly updated Beachwalk area with all amenities and great restaurants closeby. My family has stayed in this particlar condo several times before and now that it has been renovated it is outstanding! The decor is beautiful and the new kitchen is well equipped. With the two lanais on either side of the condo you get spectacular views both day and night! The staff at the Imperial are not only helpful but extremely friendly. We had a wonderful vacation here and would not hesitate to stay here again. Thank you Suzie for everything!

LOVED EVERYTHING ABOUT IT!!

From the moment I contacted Suzi, she has been so fantastic, friendly and helpful - such a pleasure to deal with. I had been extremely looking forward to the second half of our Waikiki stay as we had 9 nights in this penthouse condo so I wondered if I had possibly built my expectations up too high. Well I certainly had not and it was all that I had hoped for and more. We felt so special having our own private staircase up to the condo and then the condo itself was wonderful. The views are awesome, the decor lovely, the bedding & furniture very comfortable and the condo is extremely well stocked because Suzi has thought of everything you could possibly need. We are a family of five with three daughers aged 14, 11 and 8 so it was perfect for us as we all felt like we could have our own space. The location is great and we popped downstairs to the ABC store many times as well as had several meals at the Denny's downstairs plus other restaurants across the road at Beachwalk. I would love to get back to Waikiki sometime and, if so, there is nowhere else I would like to stay than here. NB I am a travel agent and inspected several hotels while on my holiday. Many are very impressive but Suzi's condo is the perfect choice for my family. Thanks so much for eveything Suzi :)
