This top floor condo is spacious with open beam ceilings and an ocean view. It is located in the center of Kailua Kona. You can walk to the pier, to restaurants, shopping, even the bank and the grocery store are nearby. The condo has two bedrooms with California King beds, and two full bathrooms. There is also a full size futon in the living room. You can cook your meals in the full kitchen, and eat on the sunny lanai looking at the ocean. Wifi is included as well as an in unit washer and dryer.

This unit is tucked back off the main street, so it is also quiet. Save the money and the hassle on the rental car and parking, and stay in this convenient location.

Kailua Bay Resort is in the ideal location. It's quiet, yet at the same time it is centrally located so you don't need a car, all the activities are just steps away. If you want to go out and have cocktails, you don't have to worry about driving, just walk home. The pier and the beach are a short walk, as well as the grocery store and even the post office is right there.

This apartment is extremely conveniently situated in the central area of Kona, a few minutes walk from restaurants, shops, beaches. It's spacious and light with all the conveniences. The owner was very helpful assisting us when the airline lost our luggage. Definitely recommended.

COZY, QUIET & WALK TO EVERYTHING!

This was our first trip to Hawaii. Hawaii was never on our bucket list and was made possible after a business trip brought us there. Since we had some available vacation time, we booked some extra days through Erika to stay at their condo. We were concerned Hawaii would be expensive. Where we stayed, it was NOT EXPENSIVE. The accomodations were exactly as described. The owners provided everything we could ask for, and there is so much to do within walking distance we couldn't believe it. "Quinns almost by the Sea" has the very best Fish & Chips I have ever had. HIGHLY recommend that and I'm not a big fish eater. We were told that "The Kona Inn" has the very best Mai Tai's and they did not disappoint. A little expensive, but very strong and tasty. We were told never have 3 of them. "Huggos" was a hoot. The public pier and beach are easily within walking distance. So if you want to fish, snorkel, or paddleboard it's all avaialbe to you. The water is crystal clear, you can see fish and turtles for free just by looking over the piers edge, but consider renting a paddle board because you can't believe what you'll see.

If you rent a car, you are only minutes from the airport and then you have access to the ENTIRE island. Prior to going, we never thought we'd want to come back, NOW, it IS on our bucket list to someday return with our children.

If you want to stay in, you won't believe how peaceful the condo is.

LOCATION WAS VERY CLOSE TO ALL SITES OF KONA.

Property was as shown in promo photos. Condo was neat and clean. Could use more cooking dishes, ie: baking dishes, as we ate the majority of our breakfasts and mid day meals at the condo when at home. Majority of dinners were eaten out. The lanai could use a sunshade as floor got very hot after 10 AM and would keep unit cooler during hotter part of day. A rental vehicle is necessary to do any large shopping, ie: Costco or Safeway

The condo was clean, well stocked and in a great location. Erika was easily reached when we had a question and very helpful. It is on the third floor without an elevator which was fine for our family. We definitely would stay here again.

Just got back from a 12 night stay in Kona. I stayed in this condo and would definitely agree that the listing description is accurate, the pictures are current, and the location is awesome! The owner was easy to contact during my stay if I had any questions, and I honestly can't think of any real complaints. This place is a great choice if your on a budget, it's a safe and extremely convenient location. I can't wait to go back!
