This beautiful detached house at the southern entrance on a hillside together some requested features: close to the beach (only 250 m) and the shops and restaurants of the town, rather large, enclosed grounds with trees as old pine trees, olive trees, palms and shrubs, and also beautiful view of greenery of the sea!

In addition, this modern and well equipped home many practical details such as a private driveway with 2 Car Garage (also covered), barbecue, outdoor shower and spacious terraces, porches, covered outdoor areas ...

The EC has a porch and side, large terrace / patio (also generous outdoor furniture), living-dining room with sofa, satellite TV, fireplace, air conditioner and ceiling fan, kitchen semi abgemauerte (***) and bathroom ( shower). An internal staircase leads to the upper floor, where it in turn an output directly into the garden. Known and loved being the center of Costa Rei to Monte Nai: tourist infrastructures, a broad, fine, golden sand beach, the sea sloping shallow, clear, color-varying and suitable for children, and a mild, dry climate, the swimming allowed up in the winter months .

Although at Monte Nai built in the last 30 years a lot, are the largely flat building is now complete and greens you have the impression of being in an extensive park. Diverse excursions can to land and water: the water nature reserve of "Serpentara" with the islands and Serpentara Dei Cavoli, the nature reserve "Seven Brothers" in the same mountain range.

The water conservation areas Colostrai and Torre Salinas are among the magnificent scenery. Some megalithic complexes Nuraghe of "San Priamo" or the Museum of prison Castiadas are just some of the attractions.
