Completely refinished Home in Key West. Three full bedrooms plus two different living rooms with a convertible couch for extra sleeping room. Full kitchen with all the amenities. Walk to the beach and minutes from downtown. The master has french doors that lead out to a fenced in backyard with a patio set & grill. Grocery stores and full shopping are a short hop away. See all the parasailers going down Smathers Beach as you sit in your driveway. Plenty of room for an RV, 30+ foot boat or up to 5 cars. Fenced in Backyard for your pet or your children to play in. Completely soundproof doors and windows with plenty of beautiful lighting all day. This will be your second home.

Location: Florida Keys < Florida < USA

On the island of Key West, as close as you can live to Smathers Beach. The house is about a 1/4 mile from the beach as the crow flies and so we would walk my puppy down the beach & back early morning. The tennis courts (6 of them) and a rubber jogging track are just to the right of the house. The beach is just past that. Driving back out my road and around is still under or just at a mile to the beach as we are basically as close as you can live to it.

Notes: The house is tiled throughout with 18 inch tiles and the a/c AND duct work are all new, the electrical panel is all updated, the water is laser heated so it is instant hot and unlimited hot water. The windows and doors are all new and each is hurricane thickness. The windows can open from the top down or bottom up depending on where the breeze is. They are two windows deep meaning when you open one there is another to open directly behind it and a screen that will slide to cover where you want the opening to be.

My husband, friends and I stayed in this house last week. Just got home last night. We loved it! It was very roomy and there was NO BUGS! Always a plus. This was a very quiet and safe area. To our delight the kitchen lacked in no way. Everything we needed was there. Everything was exactly as described and Tim and Jessica were very helpful even before we started our vacation. This is the only place we want to stay when we go to Key West.
Thank you Tim and Jessica for a ***** five star vacation!!

We rented your home the first week of April 2008 with our son, Ryan Woody and two other kids. We enjoyed our stay and were very comfortable with the accomodations. We will definately recommend it to our friends. It was so nice to just get food and beach towels for the stay. And the price was great! Thanks so very much for letting use it. We had a great family time with the kids!
