When only the best will do, come and relax in your own luxurious private retreat. This gorgeous 5bed/3bath villa has two master suites -- one with a jacuzzi whirlpool tub. The bedrooms are split three ways for maximum privacy. This is a beautiful house, it is elegantly furnished and backing on to nature reserve. Come and watch the eagles soar! There are lovely tranquil views from all rooms at back of house, looking directly into the forest with large trees dripping with Spanish moss. The area is frequented by sandhill cranes and many species of birds and butterflies. There is a lovely south facing pool and spa area, and large shady lanai. This is a very tranquil environment, so lots of relaxation for the adults, but lots of fun for the kids too with the private swimming pool, double 'Bank Shot Basketball Game and PlayStation2. There are two living rooms, one with full-size pool table, and an upgraded gourmet kitchen, complete with a glass-top stove and wine rack.

"Wonderful Getaway"

Our family has stayed at this vacation home on four occasions. My husband is a very busy man so we need a place to get away to that is relaxing. This is the place! We love the spaciousness of the home and all of its wonderful amenities. We have thoroughly enjoyed the pool & jacuzzi. The screened in pool area is a great place to wake early in the morning and enjoy a cup of coffee and a good book. Sitting outside in the screened lanai, you can hear the many captivating nature sounds. Also when we have returned in the evenings, it is fun to take a relaxing swim with the family before retiring to bed. This vacation home is truly a home away from home. It is in a quiet neighborhood, well maintained & clean. Most everyday that we were there, we would go to a Theme park or a fun family attraction in the Orlando area. But then there were days we would be content to just hang out at the vacation home and relax all day. There is plenty to do with having the pool table, games, books, TV's, DVD, barbeque grill, the pool, internet access & even a walk in the neighborhood. If you love to cook or barbeque -- there is everything available there to do so. If your idea of a vacation is eating out -- there is a big variety of nearby restaurants. We are very pleased with this wonderful vacation home and intend to go back whenever we can. We would recommend this home to our friends & family. Dallas, TX

Kissimmee Pool House

After a long flight we were all tired and looking forward to a relaxing vacation. We had been planning this family trip for 2 years, and with 8 adults and 2 children under 7 years in our party, we needed the space this home had to offer. There was plenty of room for everyone and never felt crowded.

The house was clean and had plenty of dishes and silverware so you didn't have to wash a dish for the next person to use.

Many wild animals and birds could be seen early in the morniing and in the evenings. Deer, Racoons, Vultures, and a type of wild pig could be seen or heard almost daily.

The house is a bit far from major grocery stores but if you plan your shopping trips, it's no problem and the scenic drive is a pleasure. The Disney parks are about 30 minutes away, making it a tolerable drive with excited kids in the car, and close to home after a long day of walking and watching fireworks. The comment made most frequently heard on the way back to the house in the evening was "I can't wait to get back and have a dip in the pool, and a cold drink". The pool was a focal point for most of our activities.

The house is located in a very quiet and well maintained residential area.

Would we stay there again? Absolutely!

I just want to let everyone know how wonderful ur stay was in this property. Everything we were told that was there was. the scenery around the home was unbeleivable. Friendly neighbors, beautiful wildlife. We saw birds, deer and other animals in the area ealry in the am. you really have to sit in the lanai about 630 -645 in the morning to really appreciate the sound and sit of the wildlife. the bedrooms were very nice a roomy. My family loved the pool table. we loved the house so much that we will definitily be back next year
