Beach House - 8 Bedrooms + 8 Baths (inc. 2 half baths) - (Sleeps 16)

Rock-star type oceanfront beach house West Hampton Dunes, LI. 2007 construction on nearly 90 feet of oceanfront on prestigious Dune Road (the 600 block, closer to the bridge / town).

More exclusive & private than some other properties: only homeowners or our renters can access our stretch of beach - there are only private (no public) walkways.

Front of house has gorgeous views of Moriches Bay; back of house faces directly to ocean. House has access rights to the Bay across the street for water activities, if you wish.

Fully loaded luxury beach house: 3 levels, 2 decks + mini decks on both sides of the loft / 3rd level. Heated, lit gunite pool & year round, new jacuzzi. Expansive Belgian block driveway fits several cars; 2 car covered garage. Central a/c, central vac, plasma TV's and full bath with 6 of the 8 bedrooms. In-wall stereo system - touch pad controls each room. Dual master suites on 2nd floor with spectacular wall to wall beach and bay views at a favorable sightline.

The utmost in fine beach living: Fully stocked kitchen, each master suite with an extra large bathroom complex, including vessel sinks as well as double onyx-lined showers (one for each master suite) with multiple heads and body jets: a resort experience at every level. Propane Weber grill on 2nd floor deck; separate deck on ground floor, partly covered and with blue gunite heated pool. Private walkway over the sand dunes to the beach, outdoor shower.

Perfect for entertaining: ample outdoor room with 2 decks, the lower of which wraps around the house, in-wall touchpad state-of-the-art audio system that can play separate sources in every bedroom and common area (sources include radio tuner, iPod docking station, cd player), plasma TV in each bedroom, 50 inch Samsung plasma in living room, that can also play DVD, 700 cable channels and even a live beach camera.

Nominally a public beach, but town bans all parking on Dune Road, so that the beach is essentially private - neighbors will be the only beach goers you will likely ever see. 180 degree beach / oceanfront views from your deck and most window areas on the back of the house. Sightlines are fabulous throughout. Local area features world class beaches, dining/entertainment, shopping, golf, tennis, watersports, wineries, too much to list.

50th Birthday Weekend!

We rented the house for a long weekend for my wife's 50th birthday. The house and the location are equally spectacular! We were 8 eight couples, each had thier own bedroom. The living room and deck areas were a perfect size to party or relax, with views of both the bay and ocean. We have stayed in homes and condo's all over the USA and the Caribbean, this was by far the best house we ever rented! It has all the modern comforts, yet you feel like you are at home. The owners go out of thier way to make sure the stay is perfect. We look forward to our next stay and would highly reccomend the house to everyone!

I took a group of managers to show many of them New York for the first time. We opted to stay in the Hamptons so that they could experience that side of New York as well. The trip was wonderful and the home was exquisite. It was on a beautiful oceanfront location, it had two master bedrooms which was perfect for our group, the space was more than accomodating, and the home itself was luxurious. The home had everything we needed to have our cook out, enjoy the ocean, have our meetings, and play some games. Everything was perfect from the time I reserved the property until we headed back to the airport. The owner was very friendly from my very first call to when I returned home, when she followed up to make sure everything was okay. I would definitely recommend this property and would love to visit again!

The Best Time!

We spent an amazing 2 days in this house reuniting with friends. Not only is this beautiful home so well appointed from kitchen to bedrooms, it has a great open and bright floor plan and amazing views, with all the amenities to make our stay incredibly comfortable. Pictures cannot capture the beauty and warmth of this home.The owner and manager were courteous and accommodating. In a group of people with diverse personalities and opinions, all were in agreement that this was the most wonderful place. I only hope we are fortunate enough to revisit this home.....soon!

Great Family Vacation

This amazing beachfront property was absolutely perfect for our extended family!! The house was in great condition with tons of amenities. We were five adults and seven kids with plenty of room to spare. Seven perfect weather days of beach and sun. Other than a couple of dinners out, we basically never left the beach, pool, and house. Westhampton is very relaxed and all about the beach and sun. If I were to build a beach house, I would model it similarly to this house. Couldn't ask for a better vacation. Can't wait to go back!!!
