Photos and Description of the Blairsville vacation house rental 4 Bedrooms + Other (See Description) - 2 Baths - (Sleeps 14)

The paved driveway will lead you to the entrance at the main level, or into the carport where there is also an entrance. The home can accommodate fourteen or more occupants comfortably. A Ping-Pong table, horse shoes, and many other games and toys are on site. There is plenty of outdoor room for children, as well as over 100 feet of lake front for all to enjoy swimming, boating, or fishing. There is a large fenced area for the safety of children and small pets. Two row boats rest on the shore ready to venture out into the lake with its many miles of shoreline. There is an open-air gazebo by the lake with barbecue grill ready for cooking. A giant deck off the main floor of the house is a great spot to enjoy the sanctuary of birds flying all around and is all set up for grilling as well. Dine on the deck as you look out over the lake with the mountains in the background.

Notes: The lake, part of the TVA electric power system, is drawn down some in the winter months, but leaves enough to enjoy the view, fishing, and boating. Fall and Winter offer cool fresh air, gorgeous views of the changing fall leaves, and occasional snow. The fireplace keeps you plenty cozy on these cool evenings. Free Pontoon boat use and the lake is up!!! (rental at Marina is $150 for half a day. Outdoor basketball hoop, Large fenced yard for playing or for pets, Ping-Pong table, Wood-burning Fireplace, Heat and Air Conditioning, 2 Cable TVs, CD/DVD player with surround sound, 2 Refrigerators, Lakeside fire pit, Pets Allowed (and children if well behaved).
