This beautifully, newly renovated, one bedroom, one bathroom condo is located on the second floor just steps away from the sandy white beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. This condo is the LARGEST unit in The Royal Orleans, offering you all the comforts of home. Features include a fully-equipped kitchen, 2 televisions, FREE WiFi, DVD/VCR player, CD player and ocean view from the living room. The condo is able to accommodate up to 7 guests with one queen-size bed, one queen-size sleeper sofa, double futon and a child-sized cot.

Perfect getaway!

My Husband and I were looking for a warm getaway this winter without the expense of flying to the Islands as we often do. We are so happy we found this wonderful condo. It was very neat and clean ,and had everything we needed. The Beach here definitley exceeded our expectations...as we had been a little unsure what to expect having never spent any time on Florida beaches. It was great to be able to walk right across to the beach..and walk to shops and resturants. This made for the perfect relaxing vacation.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

When my family and I walked into the condo we instantly felt at home!! It is clean, has all the amenties of home, is comfortable, great location, and we can't wait to go back again next year!!! Loved it and thank you for sharing your vacation home with us!!

Great place!

We rented this condo in July 2010. Geat place to stay. The condo was clean and perfect for us (2 adults, 1 child). There is PLENTY to do (restaurants, shopping, mini golf,etc.) in the area and the beach is just across the street. We'll defintiely rent again in the future.
Recommended for:  Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Great vacation spot

Perfect for a family or romantic getaway! This place was very clean and nicely decorated, especially the paint colors made me feel right at home. French doors that open of a partial view of the ocean was a plus. Having a kitchen was perfect since we didn't have to eat out all of the time. It was also nice to have access to the laundry room especially with kids. Beach access is right across the street at a quiet/relaxing beach, it was beautiful watching the sunset in the evenings while sipping on some vino and watching the kids play . Also just driving minutes away from the busy beaches of Clearwater or shopping/dining at St Johns if you want to pick up the pace a bit. The trolley access was definitely convenient to get to all shopping or dining in case you didn't want to drive. Also in walking distance some great places to eat! Had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend staying here and plan on coming back!

This was a beautiful location! The condo is tastefully decorated and quiet. We were so comfortable and the condo was perfectly located within walking distance to so many things. The condo pool is beautiful and we loved lounging there watching the kids swim after a full day of activity! The area restaraunts were great, and also being able to cook inside was wonderful.
