Our tastefully furnished apartment is located on the second floor of a well-kept apartment house in the residential area Dresden-Blasewitz, one of the most coveted residential and residential district of Dresden. The south-facing, sunny apartment is 46 square meters and offers enough space for two people. Features: large living and dining area with TV, satellite connection, CD player and radio, bedroom with queen bed 1.60 m wide, fully equipped kitchen with cooker, microwave oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, bathroom with toilet and tub with shower, balcony. With parking (Duplex) in the garage.

The house has an elevator and is wheelchair accessible apartment incl. Located close to the University Hospital of the apartment is of particular interest to members of patients who have their loved ones want to be close or even want to stay for a few hours or days in the home.

Buses and trains as well as many restaurants and shops are within walking distance. Elbe and Forest Park are also within walking distance in a few minutes.
