There is 1300sqft. of home from home living space. well maintained, central heat and air-serviced Located 4.5 miles north or S.R. 40 (granada blvd) or 8 minutes south of Flagler pier and 90 mins to Orlando area attractions. Our unit overlooks the pool and sparkling ocean. The views are exhilarating. We have been a member of the ormond beach chamber since 1998 Traffic free beaches. fishing from the beach no permit required. Tranquil Ormond beach offers tennis courts, golf, fishing, nature parks, excellent restaurants, shops, state parks, 6 mins to daytona, Dog racing, Jai Alai, and Speedway. Ocean and river fishing can be enjoyed. Ormond beach is the Birth Place of 'Speed' St. Augustine has abundance of history jsut 80 mins away. Just bring your swim wear!

Tranquil Ormond-by-the -sea is a relaxing area. If one wishes to smoke they can outside on the balcony. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. If smoking occurs in the condominium units the deposit will be used to clean the units again costing $100.
