Townhouse is located in Mission Valley. Highways 8, 15, and 163 are easily accessible. Cozy beautiful 2 story townhouse with new furniture and all upgrades. Attached two car garage. Washer/dryer in garage.

Nearest hotel is the Marriot Mission Valley. Old town, Sea World, ZOO, beaches and Museum all within 10 minutes. Lots of shopping.

Perfect getaway accommodations

Location was central to most places, very easy to navigate in and out of condo entrance. House was spacious for all 8 of us, kids loved the sleeping pads and fit nicely in the living room. Parking was easy, 2 car garage is good for small to medium cars. We had a large suv and while it fit, we couldnt get in or out with the other car in there too so we parked outside and never had any problems finding a close spot. Pool area and gym is nice, not too crowded when we were there. Kitchen is stocked with all necessary utensils. Having a washer/dryer in unit was great. Mission beach is a great place, only 10 minutes away, as was Sea World, zoo and Petco Park. Will definatley stay there again if we head back to San Diego. Thank you Rosie fir sharing your home with us.

Awesome Rental

This townhouse was a great find! I had friends come to town from Australia, London and Texas for a reunion. There were 8 of us and we fit very comfortably. The house has 3 bedrooms (each with its own bathroom), a couple of fold out mats and a couch for your sleeping needs. It was very comfortable. The kitchen is stocked with basically all the utensils you need. We made use of the BBQ grill and kitchen almost night. I would highly recommend staying here.

Great, Clean, Comfortable House

A bunch of buddies and I stayed here last week. There were 8 of us and we fit very comfortably. The house has 3 bedrooms (each with its own bathroom), a couple of fold out mats and a couch for your sleeping needs. It is located in a quiet gated community. The house itself is 15 minutes or less from almost everything. There were many amenities available for you to use, such as a pool, jacuzzi and gym. We cooked dinner and breakfast almost everyday and the kitchen is stocked with basically all the utensils you need. I would highly recommend this property to anyone.

Good Times

The townhome was beautiful with every detail accounted for.
I would highly recommend staying here, very comfortable. A super location to Qualcomm Stadium and all attractions, We made use of the BBQ grill and kitchen every night. The hot tub was a hit and the community pool was a great amenity.
