This brand new apartment is fully equipped! There is no doubt that it is extremely charming and breezy.

Fabulous Time in Rincon

My wife and I moved to Puerto Rico in 1999 and I always wanted to visit Rincon and the western party of Puerto Rico

We stayed at Sandy Beach 4th floor condo last summer, and we loved staying there! The accommodations exceeded our expectations. I can not wait to stay there again.
The owners Jose ,Maritza and Lourdes were as a pleasure to work with, there was not one single detail missing to inconvenience us, and the ability to experience Rincon They have done a fabulous job in providing a first rate place to stay and enjoy Rincon .
The condo was in a great location with breath taking views from the balcony. The beach was right next to the condo and was pristine and spectacular


If you want to really experience the western part of the island, stay at the Sandy Beach Condo in Rincon you will not be disappointed.

Beautiful condo in great location! Peaceful and quiet which was a nice change from the busy and loud big resorts! Pictures and listing description were right on!

The owners, Maritza and Jose are very customer service oriented. In fact, if you have any issues with the condo, they have a maintenance person there within the hour to remedy the situation. They were also very accommodating with regard to condo key pick-up and drop off.

Looking forward to my next stay at the Sandy Beach condo and would highly recommend this rental!

Rincon get-away

The description of the property was right on. It was as well cleaned, maintained and equipped as shown. The proximity to Sandy Beach and other surfing beaches was important and the lanai provided great view of Sandy Beach. This was our fourth vacation in Rincon. We would definately recommend this condo and would not hesitate to rent it again.

Great Vacation Rental

My wife and I stayed at this condominum December `08 January `09 and were very satisifed. The condo is clean, spacious and has great views of the ocean. The grounds are well kept and has gated parking. The beach is right out the back door and was great for talking long walks or just sitting in the sun.

Doesn't get any better than this

I stayed here during the first week of August and quite frankly, I was blown away. The apartment is (literally) steps away from the beach (its actually on the beach) and there's nothing like waking up to the waves crashing and just going down the stairs and being in the sand.

The location is perfect since its outside the noisy cluster of the main area in Rincon, allowing one to have peace and quiet, yet only a 5 minute drive to the main strip.

Rincon is known for its spectacular beaches and breathtaking scenery. This apartment is smack in the middle of that and I can think of no better place to spend my days in Rincon than here.

About the apartment per se, the rooms are spotlessly clean, well decorated with amenities working in top shape. Finer hotels aren't as well kept and inviting as these rooms!

I would stay here a million times over, and you should too!
