Meticulously Maintained 2200 Sq foot home and guest house complete with anything one could want, main house has attached garage with guest house, pool, hot tub, BBQ Island, Palapa, outdoor fireplace, Indoor fireplace, 7 blocks to beach, sleeps 10 max. Professionally landscaped grounds and home meticulously maintained, Air conditioning in both houses. Accessories include; Boogie Boards, Two Bicycles, Beach Toys,beach chairs, coolers, Basketball Hoop, DVD Collection, Book Collection, Three flat screen televisions, Playstation 2, Three deck areas. High speed internet, 20 minutes to Zoo, Airport, Petco Park, Convention Center and Old Town. This house is great for mature family get togethers, families vacationing together but are looking for the space of four total bedrooms and baths, it is close enough to walk or bike to beach and bay, grocery store, restaurants etc without having to park on the street! Beach, Sea World, San DIego Zoo: Tourmaline Surf Park (The Beach) is only 8 blocks away! Sea World is a five minute drive away. The San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park and Legoland are within 15 miles. The San Diego International Airport (Lindbergh Field) is only 20 minutes away. La Jolla is ten minutes north and the Del Mar racetrack is a short fifteen minute drive up the 5.

Petco park and Qualcomm stadium less than thirty minutes away

Our property is a private home in a quiet neighborhood which we make available as a vacation rental to responsible guests. This is is not a party house. We request visitors observe quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am. Individuals under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Absolutely, No Smoking, No Pets and any visitors must be amended to be added to the contact.

Fantastic home!! Truly a home away from home!!

This house is awesome!! It has everything you could think of down to a Vons supermarket "saver card" to use while you are there to get their great deals!! The house is impecable. There is a adorable guest house with a terrace on top. Every morning I was up there with my morning drink to enjoy the views!! I can't tell anyone enough about how much we enjoyed this house, even played a basketball game on the basketball court fenced in next to the house!!! Rodney had thought of everything, A ++++++++!!! Btw, San Diego was amazing also, loved it!!!!! Best place I have ever visited, hands down!!

This home is excellent. The pictures do not do it justice. It is beautiful and spacious.Lush tropical grounds. Everything is highly maintained. Plently of room for all. There were eight in our party. We have family in the area. At times there were sixteen of us.Bar BQing made easy. Plenty of seating and dishes eating for all sixteen of us. There is privacy, and quite areas if you want to spend some time by yourself for reading, napping, watching tv, or sleeping in. The owner has thought of everything for all ages. Stroller, high chair, swing in the yard, and the fence around the pool. This home is a must for your family vacation. We all look forward to going back as a large family or a small indiviual families.
We highly recommend this home to everyone of all ages.

Beautiful and spacious home in quiet neighborhood

This is a very spacious and beautifully keep home in a quiet neighborhood. Great for families with children, or if you are having a family gathering. The home is spacious with a very large kitchen, dining room and family room. The master suite is also spacious, with private bathroom and sitting area. The home has beautiful decor and is spotless, and there is also a large two bedroom guest house for larger gatherings. The garage is well stocked with beach chairs, sand toys, boogie boards and coolers. The grounds are also beautifully well kept, with lots of sunny decks including a deck above the guest house that has an ocean view. The only negative was that the pool was kind of cold, but I think that was due to unseasonably cold weather the weeks prior to our visit that would effect the solar heating system. We just spent more time in the jacuzzi! I highly recommend this house if you are looking for a private home.

FAMILY VACATION AT ITS BEST!!
This home was better then described. Not sure who enjoyed this vacation more...the adults or the children. Pool and hot tub were beautiful, home is immaculate and well stocked. There is nothing more you could want. Sea World, Legoland, San Diego Padres, and shell hunting, what more can we say. The owner couldn't have been better to work with. This home will not be a disappointment.

Best Vacation Ever!

This home was exceptional. For our party of seven we were able to stay in this beautiful home for about the same price as renting two hotel rooms, but with so many more amenities! The landscaping was beautiful, and although it was too cold to use the pool, the hot tub was wonderful after long days of walking around the nearby parks and attractions. Centrally located between Seaworld, San Diego Zoo, Legoland, and San Diego Wild Animal Park, this home was the perfect base for our San Diego vacation. With several grocery stores nearby, including a Trader Joe's and a large Farmer's Market, our kitchen was well stocked and a joy to use with the stainless steel appliances and large working surfaces. We ate every breakfast and dinner at "home" and saved quite a bit of money while also eating much healthier fare. It was also convenient to have laundry facilitites on site. All seven of us went home with suitcases full of clean clothes! Nothing compared though to relaxing in the evening in the large living room with a fire in the fireplace. Clean and well maintained, this home exceeded our expectations and made our family vacation one we'll never forget. If you stay here, you'll never enjoy a hotel again!
