Beautiful 2 bed/2 bath waterfront condo with garage for seasonal rental. Winter Haven is centrally located 45 minutes from Orlando and an hour or so from either coast. Fully furnished, housewares, linens and sundries. Full size washer and dryer. Standard digital cable, broadband internet and local phone service is included. Premium cable channels are available for the differential charge on a two month minimum rental.

Second floor unit in quiet gated community. Master bedroom has king size bed, second bedroom has a deluxe queen size futon, and the living room has a queen size sleeper sofa. Two full baths.
