1 1/2 Blocks to the white sugar sand Beach! No hauling suitcases or bags of groceries up/down stairs/ thru lobbies or into elevators. This Gorgeous, two-story home is brand new to the rental market and has it's own 2 car garage! Upscale furnishings and crisp linens, comfy beds and a covered front porch to relax on, unless you prefer the back patio or upstairs sun balcony! After a day at the beach, step into the fenced in private backyard and rinse away all the sand from bodies, coolers & toys at the outside shower with hot water! Just 5 steps away from a sparkling pool (that is rarely occupied) or 1 1/2 blocks to the beach! Several restaurants are within walking distance and shopping (did I mention the Outlet Mall is super close). Miramar Palms is a small, quiet, new neighborhood with just 10 homes, luscious landscaping, private cul-de-sac and pool with close proximity to all of the activity to make your vacation a memorable one! We are pet friendly.

This is a nice home. The pool is just next door as the owner said. Nice patio out back with a table for dining and plenty of room. Bicycles here for kids to ride and floats to use as well. It's about a 10 minute walk to the beach but the beach is very nice and we need the exercise.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

Wonderful Vacation-Home

We spent a wonderful time in this nice home.
It was a clean house with beautiful furnitures, big Flat-TV, nice kitchen and a lot of space. Our Daughter loves the backyard and the pool. The pool is so close to the house, only five steps. The beaches are in walking distance ( 10 min ) and so wonderful.You have a lot for Shopping in Destin (Silver Sand Outlet & big Mall).
I am sure we will come back.

We spent Dec. thru Feb. and enjoyed every minute. Great accomadations, excellent beds, great access to shopping, restaurants, golf and within walking distance to the best beaches around. Super owners that provide great customer service.
We will be spending next winter here again and can't wait to come back.
