Royal View is a warm and wonderful family home located along the northern shore of Honeoye Lake, featuring breathtaking views of the entire lake, and beautiful gardens. This home is located on a lake-level lot, with a concrete breakwall and shallow water with a sandy bottom. You can take a short stroll down the road, to Sandy Bottom Park, which offers numerous amenities, including a large pavilion, picnic area, a sandy beach(with life guard), beach volleyball, with large, grassy, play areas for the children, a great place to relax, watch the boats, or just take in the scenery and breath the fresh air. There is an expansive, wooden decked nature trail that meanders through Sandy Bottom Park, and leads you into the town of Honeoye right by the ice cream stand, and a short walk to the grocery store, restaurants, and shops! This property is convenient to all the town amenities, yet situated in in a very quiet area, with rarely any vehicular traffic.

Great Location and Amenities.....

I stayed at Royal View during mid-July and the weather was perfect. The location is extremely convenient to everything and the lakefront is really peaceful and views of the entire lake are absolutely breathtaking. The beach is just one house away, so if you have children that want a sandy beach, you can take a short walk to the beach & park. There is a lot to do and the home is cozy, yet roomy, with plenty of amenties. Check out the vineyards in nearby Naples and also Grimes Glen, which is a really nice treat for everyone, as you can walk through the Glen and keep yourself really cool on on hot summer day. We enjoyed ourselves so much, we decided to make this a yearly gathering for our family.
