3,800 square foot home is on over 1 acre of land with 280 feet of lake frontage. Come enjoy the Adirondacks in a spectacular private home. 15' x 75' deck overlooks the lake. Dock with steps to lake. Horseshoe-shaped swimming area in protected cove. Shallow swimming area, but no sandy beach.

First Floor - 1 bedroom, half bath, Living, Dining, Kitchen and Den.
Stone Fireplace in living room, stone patio, enclosed porch.

Second Floor - 6 bedrooms and 3 full baths

This home is lovely and quite comfortable - it's naturally cooled - there is no artificial air conditioning.

Lake George offers great outdoor recreation, shopping, and a historic view of the area, including famous Fort William Henry. The Great Escape theme park is nearby.
