Our private, fully equipped, luxurious, end unit townhome has a panoramic view of the slopes. This is a tastefully decorated 'home' that we want to share with you. The light and airy ambiance with cathedral ceilings is spacious and bright. All three bedrooms have private baths and a kitchen/family room where the cook can share in all the family fun. The oversized deck is the perfect place this summer/fall to take in the view while you relax with your family and friends over cocktails, but still keep an eye on the kids. Enjoy a movie on cool nights by the wood burning fireplace. AND after the kids are in bed, have a soak in the Jacuzzi. Everything you need for a relaxing vacation is provided complete with all linens for your convenience. In unit wifi is also available. Why stay with us? We are booking now for the fall foliage season, so reserve early. Come and see the 1.1 billion dollar expansion that's going on at Bretton Woods. After an invigorating swim and workout in the fitness center, treat yourself to the latest in pampering at the brand new spa addition to the hotel. Everything is here for family fun! Santa's Village, Storyland, and Clark's Trading Post are 20 min. away for the kids. We are on the property of the grand Mt. Washington hotel where numerous activities are available for kids of all ages, and best of all, babysitting! Our new adventure center at the hotel offers many activities for adults and kids. For example; horseback riding, dog sledding, skating, sleigh rides and various other exciting activities for everyone.

Notes: Golfers! 18 holes of the 27 golf hole course has already undergone a massive reconstruction designed by Brian Silva, an award winning golf course architect. Opening day on August 1st , 2008 was a smashing success. The Rosebrook recreation center provides a heated swimming pool, racquetball, video games, billiards, ping pong, and tennis. I highly recommend the user friendly, resort shuttle, which will take you to all resort amenities including the golf course, spa, club house, sports center, Mount Washington Hotel, and on-property restaurants. It's very convenient when family members have different interests, and parents can feel confident that the kids are safe to pursue their own activities on the property. Resort dining appeals to all levels from very casual to gourmet dinners in the hotel dining room.

Great home base for hiking and sight-seeing

My brother, nephew and I did some hiking and golfing over an extended weekend in early August. The unit was clean, comfortable and convenient. It was everything it claimed to be and more. The owners are relaxed and pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend it.

our stay at the condo was wonderful. it was very clean, comfortable, and well equipped. we never had to go to the store for anything. we were there for a wedding and it was so much nicer than staying in a motel room. wish we could have stayed longer.

This is a very comfortable Townhouse with easy access to the area. Everything you will need is provided here, and it is clean and well maintained. I would definately rent again if in the area.

We had a comfortable stay at the condo. It was very clean and homey and we felt welcome and able to settle right in! The kitchen was supplied with everything you might need - we regret we didn't stay longer, only there to attend a wedding.The area is beautiful with lots to do. Kathy was an excellent host - we would rent again.

The condo was spacious and comfortable. We have two sons - and it was a blessing to have the extra space instead of being cooped up in a hotel room. It was so easy to get up to the resort. The shuttle service was fast and easy to use. We were able to use everything the resort had to offer - but also stay in a wonderful townhouse.

The views were magnificent. We sat out on the porch and enjoyed being in the middle of such natural beauty. There was plenty to see and do in the area.

The owner was very helpful and accommodating.
