Condo, 2 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 4)

Do you like to be close to the water? If so, you will love this condo. We are 22 ft from the water with an extra large corner lanai. You will be able to view turtles, whales, porpoises and dolphins while drinking your morning coffee. We are located at the most popular surfing site on the Big Island. You will delight in watching surfers anytime of the day. Our condo was recently remodeled - all new tile throughout, granite in bathrooms and kitchen, all new appliances and furniture. New Serta mattresses with AC in bedrooms plus a TV in each bedroom and living room.

This is an oceanfront condo renovated on the outside in summer of 2008. Underground parking with elevator. Nice pool with jacuzzi, gas barbecue grill and outdoor shower. You can swim in the pool and see the ocean at the same time. You can fish right in front of the condo. We are very close to a grocery store and drug store. Also within walking distance to a very popular snorkle beach. Several golf courses are nearby.

Perfect place to stay in paradise

We LOVED staying in this condo and Charmaine was absolutely great to work with. It was the perfect location for us - right on the water. It was so great to listen to the waves and watch the surfers from sunrise to sunset. The furnishings were very nice, new and very comfortable. The condo is decorated nicely and has a very homey, cozy feeling. The kitchen is very well equipped. I would definitely stay here again - it was one of the best places (if not the best) I have stayed in Hawaii.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers

This was a great experience for us. The condo was spotless and exactly as advertised, except that the place has free wireless - a great surprise! The pictures are very indicative of the layout and amenities.The unit had a large corner lanai overlooking a popular local surfing spot. It was fun to watch the local surfers and paddle boarders do their stuff - but don't try it yourself, as the shoreline is very rocky and peppered with sea urchins (and spines). But Magic Sands Beach and Kahaluu preserve are just a short drive south, so don't worry. Hapuna Beach is about 35 minutes north. And the condo manager is very helpful.

Great pool that is rarely used, with a barbeque grill that probably had NEVER been used - at least until we arrived. New washer and dryer. Full supply of bath towels and beach towels. TVs in every room. Binoculars. Two full baths. This was a very nice place for us! However, if you have a disability that prevents you from climbing up and down stairs, this won't be good for you - the hallway between the bedrooms and the rest of the rooms requires climibing and descending a couple of steps.

I would definitely stay here again if I were looking for a unit in the hustle and bustle of Kailua-Kona.

And the owners are VERY nice to work with.

VERY clean, conveniently located condo with updated appliances.

We stayed here for our honeymoon and we loved it. It is a VERY clean end unit with newer appliances (including a washer and dryer). Also, it is conveniently located - a couple miles from downtown Kona - which is nice, because then you don't have to deal with all the noise and parking problems. There are very few long-term residents that live here, so for the most part, you have the place to yourself (it was great having the swimming pool all to myself).
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway
