Well equipped apartment

2-room apartment for 2 persons (40 m²). Living room with fireplace, kitchenette, dining area, double bedroom bathroom / hair dryer / shower / WC, air conditioning.

The resort Cascina Borgofrancone is about 4 km outside of Gera Lario, in the nature reserve Pian di Spagna, in a panoramic position between the lake and the Alps. Shops, bars and typical restaurants and pizzerias are in Gera Lario and in Colico (about 4 miles). Beach about 3 km. Small harbor in Gera Lario.

The Residence offers: wellness center with indoor swimming pool (10 x 4 m), sauna and outdoor pool with sun loungers, private 3-hectare park, Internet Wi-Fi, parking, barbecue, restaurant with local specialties (only at night), breakfast buffet for all guests, a tennis court, free bicycle use, generous club house for common events or private conferences / workshops, pool table, reception.

On request, the residence free shuttle service to / from the train station, 5 km away Colico.
