This newly built single-family wooden house is built according to the principles of bio-architecture and is located in the municipality of Guardistallo, surrounded by olive trees, amidst the poetry of Tuscan nature . The village is just 3 km away, you can reach the house via an easily accessible panoramic unpaved road.

The property is fenced and separated ideal for dog lovers, This brand new detatched cottage with wood beamed ceilings is the archetype of calm and serenity. The 55 square meter house is perfect for 2 people.

Seaview is perfect for relaxing and admiring the sea from the shady privacy of the large covered terrace, connected by glass doors to the spacious kitchen diner with well equipped kitchenette and oven, induction cooker and a large fridge. In addition, there is a dining table with chairs, 2 armchairs and satellite TV. In the adjacent bedroom next to the bed is a rustic cupboard and a desk. From the 2 windows with fly screens can be seen on a clear day splendid views of the sea. Bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet and washing machine. Additionally, you can enjoy from the large covered terrace of the house the amazing Tuscan sunsets.

The hidden location of 'Seaview' with countless olive trees, cypresses and ancient trees, is embellished by the surrounding hills, and yet is only 9 km away from the sea. Ideal for walking on the endless wooded trails in the direction of the old village of Casale Marittimo, is 'Seaview' perfect for those who want to relax.

The villa is part of an estate of about three acres of land with a ecological respect for the environment and devotion to organic farming.

This little town is situated on a hill in the hinterland of the Etruscan Coast between Montescudaio and Casale Marittimo approximately 11 km inland from the seaside of Cecina Mare . There are wonderful views of the surrounding hills and the sea. There are shops and very good restaurants in the town and small concerts and various events are held in the square during the summer. Guardistallo is much loved by tourists for its natural attractions and for its vicinity to Volterra (30 km), San Gimignano (50 km), Siena (90 km), Pisa (60 km), Lucca (70 km), Florence (120 km), Caldana Terme (30 km), Populonia and the isola d’Elba (ca.60 km) It is.a very special place where you can spend a relaxing holiday and discover also the history and beauty of the territory. The climate is very mild and gentle thanks to the influence of the sea. Always ventilated, even on the hottest summer days and cool in the evenings.
