Photos and Description of the Miami Beach vacation condo rental
Condo, 1 Bedroom + Den, 1.5 Baths, (Sleeps 3-5)

Oceanfront apartment, with ceramic tile in all areas. Master bedroom has a king-size bed and complete bedroom set with TV. Second bedroom has bunk beds (FULL BED ON BOTTOM TWIN BED ON TOP) with a TV. Completely furnished. New living room furniture, sectional with sofa bed. Completely equipped kitchen.

Have a Piña Colada, a Margarita, or just a soda seating in the balcony looking at the cruise ships as they leave the port, or watch the beautiful sunrise from bed... drinking your morning coffee.

Private valet parking.

Unit is up-to-date with all condo maintanance and all other related fees. No hazzles with new Florida condominiun laws. Unit 100% owned by private owners, without any mortgage or bank liabilities.

NON SMOKING PROPERTY.

NO PETS ALLOWED.

My family spent New Years week 2012 at this lovely, comfortable, oceanfront condo. We were happy with the accommodations, the location and comfort of this property. We dined in and out and some fantastic area restaurants, played board games a few nights, played on the beach and by the pool both day and night and utilized the health center. I highly recommend this condo for its location, comfort and access to all Miami hot spots!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
