The kitchen features all new state-of-the-art appliances, new cabinets, wood floors, and a sweeping view of the ocean through French doors that lead to an adjacent deck and the cottage garden. The enclosed, peaceful garden offers additional seating areas for picnics and barbecues. The beautiful Summerland Beach and Lookout Park is less than ¼ mile from the cottage. The owners of Paradise Cottage have been members of the Santa Barbara Area Chamber of Commerce for several years.
