Small and quiet, very nice cozy apartment for two people on the Kurfürstendamm. A wonderful, cheap alternative to hotels on the Kurfürstendamm. Transport links are excellent as 250m away from the apartment the metro station 'Adenauerplatz' lies. Direct connection to the fair. From the apartment you can enjoy a clear view of a nicely designed new space. In the immediate area there are numerous excellent bars, restaurants, pubs and cafes. The Kurfürstendamm stroll starts at the front door and even after mid requires only 10-15 minutes by public transport. Parking in the area is free of charge.

The apartment itself has 30 square meters and is ideal for a visit to Berlin. It leaves nothing to be desired.

Amenities: Internet Access (wireless), comfortable bathroom, living area with large comfortable bed 1.80 x 2.00 m, flat, Hifi, SMEG-Kühl/Gefrierkombination, coffee machine, toaster, stove and oven, spacious wardrobe.

In the house there is a washing machine (fee € 2.50) and dryer (fee € 1.00).

It is located almost on the Kurfürstendamm, one of the most famous avenues in Berlin. A brilliant base from which to explore the city. Here you can go shopping fantastic, enjoy the trendy bars and restaurants in the side streets of the Kurfürstendamm, benefit from excellent public transport links (bus, subway, train p) and it is only a short hop to the Berlin Exhibition Grounds.
