This recently constructed (completed March 2000) three-bedroom/two-bath villa offers a master bedroom en-suite, and sleeps six (or eight using a sofa-bed). There is a private garden backing onto a lake and small nature reserve. Sarasota/Bradenton International Airport is just 30 minutes away; Tampa International is 40 minutes; Orlando Airports are two hours; Busch Gardens and Adventure Island are 40 minutes; Disney World is 90 minutes; the Gulf Coast Beaches -- where you can arrange boating hires and fishing cruises -- are 20 to 30 minutes away; Ellenton Outlet Mall is ten minutes; and St Armands Circle, Sarasota is 30 minutes. Plus innumerable small attractions and golfing are nearby.
