The bungalow lies at the end of town near a natural refuge directly by the Cala Antena swimming bay. There is a view of the sea. The bungalow is above an inside courtyard as well as a deck. The little swimming bay is about 50 meters away, the big ones are about 1000 meters away.

Wir waren im September 2009 für 10 Tage in diesem Haus auf Mallorca.
Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet, die Ausstattung ist einwandfrei und auch die Lage des Hauses ist sehr schön. Was noch positiv zu erwähnen ist, dass einiges an Lebensmittel, Getränke und viele Gewürze vorhanden sind, die benützt werden können. So kann man den ersten Tag relativ stressfrei geniessen.
Auch die Übergabe des Schlüssels und die kpl. Abwicklung der Vermietung waren einwandfrei.
Owner's Response: vielen Dank auch unsererseits für Ihre tolle Unterstützung während der 2 Unwettertage. Schön, daß Sie trotzdem Ihren Urlaub genossen und die Freude nicht verloren haben.
Sie waren sehr nette und hilfsbereite Feriengäste. Jederzeit gern wieder herzlich willkommen!

Familienurlaub 2009

Das Haus war, dank der genauen Beschreibung, gleich zu finden.
Wir fühlten uns gleich sehr wohl dort und es ist genug Platz, aufgrund der günstigen Raumaufteilung und der 2 Terassen. Angenehme mediterrane Atmosphere, wie die Bilder auch schon zeigen. Der Strand war innerhalb von 5 Minuten über die Treppen zu erreichen, der ideal zum Baden und einem Cocktail uns doch regelmäßig anlockte. (Diesen empfanden wir auch angenehmer und nicht so voll wie die Nachbarstrände). Was die Animation des Hotels auf der anderen Seite betrifft, war es je nach Windrichtung mehr oder weniger laut zu hören. Wir fühlten uns im Haus so wohl, dass dieses Gefühl überwog und die Animation eher nebensächlich war. Der Ort ist halt für die Bewohner der Hotelanlagen wie geschaffen: Touristenartikel, englisches Frühstück oder auch Minigolf. Schöne mallorquinische Orte befinden sich schon in ca. 20-30 min. mit dem Auto entfernt. Alles in Allem ein idealer Ort, um Mallorca mit dem Auto zu erkunden!

Die Buchung und Schlüsselübergabe verlief reibungslos.
Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war angenehm.
Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet.
Eine der terassen liegt sehr geschützt so das man auch immer ein schattiges Plätzchen finden kann.Die andere Terasse hat den ganzen Tag Sonne .Die kleine Badebucht ist über die Treppen gut zu erreichen.
Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und uns gut erhohlt.

Die gesamte Abwicklung ( Buchung, Schlüsselübergabe ) verlief
völlig problemlos.
Man wird durch den Vermieter sehr gut vorbereitet bezüglich Anfahrtsweg, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants.
Das Haus ist in einem guten Zustand mit ausreichender Ausstattung.
