This is a beautiful villa located at Rocky Crest Resort on Lake Joseph. Lake Joseph is 2 hours north of Toronto in the heart of Muskoka, Ontario's finest cottage country. This is the first phase of a new luxury development. The villa is beautifully decorated and very well maintained, including 2 flat screen TV's, stainless steel appliances, limestone bathroom, screen-in porch and lovely landscaping. It is bright, comfortable and a wonderful place to relax.

Although the villa is private, this resort is family and kid friendly. From swimming, to golfing, to hiking and just reading a good book there is something for every member of your party to enjoy. Rocky Crest golf course is rated #14 in Canada by 'Score Golf' for its seamless routing, granite outcroppings and giant log clubhouse

The Villa is surrounded by lovely landscaping and nature trails and it is a short two minute walk down to the lakefront where you will find a restaurant, waterfront activities, a trampoline, a pool and hot tub. Another pool is located a 5 minute walk away at the Armishaw centre. At the Armishaw centre you will find a ping pong table, kids camp (fee, summer only), bikes, a basketball court, tennis courts, another small lake, hiking trails and a putting green.

Although summer is high season, fall and winter are lovely in their own right. Golfing and many of the activities continue in the fall, and of course the changing of the leaves is spectacular. A favourite activity is a long hike through the woods. In winter the Villa is downright cozy. The kids love to play outside in the mile high snowdrifts and tobogganing. There is also a ice rink on the pond, but its availability depends on the weather.

We had a great vacation!! We love the property. The villa is clean, comfortable, private, and spacious. My 3 children had a blast. The lake is a short walk from the villa. The lake is gorgeous, the kids(ages9,8,&6) spent the entire week in the lake, they might have gone in the pool once!! I have stayed twice before in the Rocky Crest villa's and I haven't been disappointed yet!! Would definitely return.

Beautiful! This cottage is lovely, and spacious. The kitchen is well stocked for those that love to cook. It is family friendly (we have three children). The resort is fun, lots of things to do. We would stay here again for sure!
