LOCATION:
The Greifswalder Street is exactly the boundary between two very popular neighborhoods: the Winsviertel (Winsstr., Marie Str, Immanuelkirchstr.) And Bötzowviertel (Bötzowstr.) with its direct connection to the Friedrichshain park.
The KOLLWITZPLATZ, the heart of Prenzlauer Berg with endless restaurants, bars, cafes and a huge children's playground can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes on the Marienburger Str (50m).
PEOPLE'S PARK to FRIEDRICHSHAIN, the green lung in East Berlin, it is only about 700m. There are many sports facilities, especially in the summer, an open air cinema and of course the fairy fountain - the emblem of the park and a popular residence.
The Greifswalder Street is ideal for shopping. All kinds of shops are on site. Whether normal supermarket, or the organic market right next to the building, an organic sausage shop on the corner, bakery, butcher or a variety of bookstores. Many restaurants and cafes in the area, again, there is Berlin's residential culture first hand.
Public Transportation:
The tram station, Hufelandstr. '(M4) is right outside the door (direct connection to Alexanderplatz and the hack Markt in Mitte).
